輕質隔間牆組構方式對空氣音隔音性能之影響

Effects of Sound Insulation by Changing Composition of Light Partition Wall

摘要


本研究藉由市面上常使用之輕質隔間牆,探討板材變化及骨架間距不同之變因對輕質隔間牆隔音性能之影響,並比較聲壓與聲強法之空氣音隔音性能之差異。 本研究採用之試體為石膏板輕隔間牆,以C 型鋼作為骨架,空腔以玻璃棉做為填充材,試體面積分別為10.2 m2、3.75 m2及2.25 m2。於屏東科技大聲學性能實驗室進行聲壓法量測,使用規範為 CNS 15160-3,以及成大建築音響實驗室進行聲強法量測,使用規範為CNS 15316,隔音指標評估使用規範為CNS8465-1。 整體實驗結果顯示,雙面雙層石膏板輕隔間比雙面單層石膏板輕隔間之隔音效果佳,Rw約可提高4 dB以上。本研究的標準試體雙面雙層構造可以符合建築技術規則分間牆的隔音基準Rw 45 dB以上之要求,但石膏板構造之輕隔間牆,在低頻隔音性能有明顯下降的趨勢,因此不適用於低頻噪音嚴重的地方,例如交通道路旁或產生中低頻噪音之工廠。板厚變化及組成方式不同時,其隔音性能會有4~5 dB的變化,雙面雙層石膏板材構成的輕隔間牆,其低頻共振使隔音值降低,且在125 Hz產生數值下降。由聲強法量測結果發現,當試體面積為2.25 m2時,其隔音指標Rw為49 dB,較試體面積3.75 m2之隔音性能高出3 dB,而聲壓法在面積10.2 m2 、3.75 m2及2.25 m2時,其隔音性能僅差距1~2 dB。而其骨架之間距由406 mm變為500 mm時,其隔音性能則可提升4~6 dB。

This study uses the gypsum board light partition wall that is most commonly used on the market. Exploring the influence of different variations of sheet metal and skeleton spacing on the sound insulation performance of light partition walls, and the sound insulation measurement method by sound pressure and sound intensity method, The difference in sound insulation performance of the wall. discuss the influence of different changes in panel board and skeleton spacing on the sound insulation performance of light partition walls. The test specimen used in this study is a gypsum board light partition wall, with C-shaped steel as the skeleton, and the cavity is made of glass wool as the filling material. the test size includes 10.2 m2、3.75 m2 and 2.25 m2. The sound sensitivity method is measured by the CNS 15160-3 method in NPUST acoustic performance laboratory, and in NCKU acoustic performance laboratory conducted the sound intensity measurement using the CNS 15316 method. According to the experimental results, the double-sided double-layer of gypsum board light partition wall has better sound insulation than the double-sided single-layer of gypsum board light partition wall. The sound insulation value of this construction is in compliance with the requirements of 45 dB. However, the light compartment wall of the gypsum board structure has a tendency to decrease in low-frequency sound insulation, so it is not suitable for places with low frequency traffic noise, such as a traffic road or a factory that produces low and medium frequency noise. When the thickness of the plate changes and the structure is different, the sound insulation performance will change by 4~5 dB. The light partition wall made of double-layer gypsum board has low-frequency resonance which reduces the sound insulation value and produces a numerical drop at 125 Hz.The sound intensity measurement results show that when the test area is 2.25 m2, the sound insulation index Rw is 49 dB, which is 3 dB higher than the sound insulation performance of the test area of 3.75 m2. When the sound pressure method is 10.2 m2, 3.75 m2 and 2.25 m2, the sound insulation performance is only 1~2 dB. When the distance between the frames is changed from 406 mm to 500 mm, the sound insulation performance can be improved by 4~6 dB.
