台灣現代男性不穿三角褲之現象探討

至今男性不孕症不降反增，多數矛頭都指向不適當的內褲所導致。而一件理想的內褲應具備提供外陰部舒適的空間、吸濕排汗的材質與良好的支撐與穩定性，降低性器官因劇烈運動引起損傷的可能。本研究以生活在雙北，年齡為 18 歲以上之成年男性為研究對象，採取便利抽樣法。首先邀請 30 位男性進行深度訪談來確認現代男性之內褲穿著習慣；邀請 70 位與 30 位男性進行人體計測與石膏取樣，剔除無效樣本後之有效樣本數為 65 人與 30 人，以描述性統計、皮爾森相關係數、主成分分析來；邀請 35 位男性進行穿著體驗問卷調查，有效樣本數為 33 人；依上述順序進行本研究。經研究結果發現：「現代男性對三角褲的優勢並不了解」、「現代男性對於不穿三角褲與版型設計有關」、「現代男性對於內褲的選擇擁有支配權」從結果皆顯示成立。以人體計測法與石膏取樣法來進行人體表面數據之收集、分析與求取內褲版型之合理性。在人體表面數據的結果中發現「腰圍」、「腹圍」、「正中心 U 型長」都有關聯性；以主成分分析來說共可區分成 6 個因素。以樣品穿著體驗與問卷調查方式來評估受試者對樣品試穿後的感受皆表示正面肯定，並且都表示在認知外陰保健的健康原則下，更願意嘗試三角褲作為往後選擇穿著的款式。由以上結論，本研究結果已掌握三角褲之版型設計要素，製作的樣品在經過受測者的穿著體驗的感受評估，功能性與舒適性均已達成本研究目的。

So far, male infertility is still on the increase, inappropriate type of underwear has been proven to be one of the factors. Ideal underwear shall provide a comfortable space for the vulva, made by moisture-wicking materials, and with good support and stability to avoid injury. This study is aimed at over-18-year-old adult men who live around Taipei City and New Taipei City. Firstly, 30 men have invited to in-depth interviews to realize the habits and preference of wearing of modern men; 70 men have invited to perform anthropometry, and the effective number of samples after excluding invalid samples stands at 65, Descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and principal components; 35 male participants have invited to the fitting questionnaire survey, the effective number of samples is 32. With the above questionnaire, the results of the study by following conclude that: "Modern men do not aware of the advantage of brief ", "Modern men's choice of not wearing brief has related to pattern and design", "Modern men have self-authority in choice of underwear". Using anthropometry and plaster casting to conduct data, analyze, and obtain the rationality to form an underwear pattern. The results of anthropometry have found that " waist circumference", "abdomen circumference", and "central U-shaped length" are all related; six factors have found in the principal component analysis. The evaluation of the fitting questionnaire survey receives a positive conclusion with satisfaction, participants mostly willing to wear brief in the health circumstances in the future. Overall, the results have reached to study purposes.
