荖葉莖活性天然物(+)-bornyl p-coumarate誘導口腔癌細胞產生細胞凋亡之研究

摘要


根據統計在台灣男性罹患口腔癌的機率是全球第一,而口腔在變病前會有一些徵兆,口腔出現白色斑塊甚至硬塊等並長期不癒,甚至有潰爛等現象,都有可能是口腔癌的前兆,傳統的口腔癌最有效的治療方法也就是手術切除,其他如化學療法,放射療法等,雖然有效但治療的過程中,患者須承受巨大的痛苦及副作用且有再度復發的機率。(Lodi & Porter, 2008),在許多國家,手術切除仍然是口腔癌的首選治療方法,但口腔癌手術的影響可能嚴重影響患者的生活質量,並可能損害言語,咀嚼和吞嚥等外觀和功能特徵,(of Thyroid-Head et al., 2017)。所以本研究利用天然荖葉(Piper betle)活性天然物((+)-borny p-coumarate)對於人類口腔癌細胞之毒殺研究,經研究結果表明荖葉(Piper betle)活性天然物((+)-bornyl p-coumarate)參與粒線體、內質網(ER)、MAPKs等途徑確實會對人類口腔癌細胞產生凋亡作用。 關鍵字:荖葉、口腔癌、細胞凋亡、(+)-bornyl p-coumarate

According to statistics, in Taiwan, the probability of oral cancer in men is the highest of the world, and the oral cavity may have some signs before it becomes ill. The mouth may appear white plaques or even lumps, and it may not heal for a long time, or even ulceration. It may be oral. The precursor of cancer, the most effective treatment of traditional oral cancer is surgical resection, other such as chemotherapy, radiation therapy, etc. Although effective, but in the course of treatment, patients have to suffer huge pain and side effects and have a chance of recurrence. (Lodi & Porter, 2008), surgical resection is still the treatment of choice for oral cancer in many countries, but the effects of oral cancer surgery can seriously affect the quality life of patients.The oral cancer may impair the appearance and functional characteristics of speech, chewing and swallowing. (of Thyroid-Head et al., 2017). Therefore, this study used the natural extract of Piper betle ((+)-bornyl p-coumarate) to study the toxicity of human oral cancer cells. The results showed that Piper betle active extract ((+)-bornyl p-coumarate) is involved in mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum. Pathways such as Granulocyte and ER and MAPKs have an apoptotic effect on human oral cancer cells. Keywords: Piper betle、oral cancer、apoptosis、(+)-bornyl p-coumarate
