慢性腎病(chronic kidney disease, CKD)是一種進行性和不可逆轉的疾 病,定義為 3 個月或更長時間的功能性或結構性腎損傷。所有年齡、品 種、性別、高血壓、低血鉀、偏酸性食物、牙齒疾病也會造成 CKD。本 研究中,選擇符合 CKD 定義的 30 隻貓,隨機分配在治療組 1(n= 10): 接 受口服貝前列素鈉(beraprost sodium, BPS)(40 µg, qd)/cat 加阿斯匹寧(20 mg, qd)/cat,治療組2(n= 10): 接受口服BPS(40 µg, qd)/cat和對照組(n= 10): 接受口服膠原蛋白(1 g, qd)/cat,至產生藥效滿 180 日後才停止。本研究發現 BPS 能有效抑制血清肌酐酸(serum creatinine, sCr)、血液尿素氮(blood urine nitrogen, BUN)、血液磷-鈣比率(serum phosphorus to calcium, P/Ca) ratio 數據的增加,而且 BPS 加阿斯匹寧更能改善臨床症狀,例如:食慾增加,體重增重,脫水情況改善,並且不會增加出血性的風險。在血液相變化方面,除了紅血球數據較低,白血球數據較高外,血小板和纖維素都無明顯變化。在生化檢驗方面,除了肝功能數據偏高,其他如 sCr、 BUN、P/Ca ratio 的數據雖偏高,但都維持在平衡狀況,統計學上並無明顯差異。在尿液檢驗方面,尿比重(urine specific gravity, USG)和尿蛋白(urine protein concentration, UPC)均無明顯變化。
Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a progressive and irreversible disease defined as functional or structural kidney damage for 3 months or longer. Cats of all ages, breeds, sexes, hypertension, hypokalemia, acidic foods, and teeth diseases can result in CKD. In this study, 30 cats that met the CKD definition were randomly assigned to treatment group1 (TG1) (n= 10), accept oral Beraprost sodium (BPS) (40 µg, qd)/cat plus Aspirin (20 mg, qd)/cat,treatment group2 (TG2) (n= 10), accept oral BPS (40 µg, qd)/cat, and control group (CG) (n= 10), accept oral collagen (1 g, qd)/cat; this study was ended until the effective medication over 180 days. The results indicated that BPS was effective to inhibit the increase data of serum creatinine (sCr), blood urine nitrogen (BUN), serum phosphorus to calcium ratio (P/Ca), and BPS plus Aspirin could improve clinical signs. Such as increased appetite, weight gain, reduced dehydration, and reduced risk of bleeding. In the blood changes, the red blood cell (RBC) data was lower, but the white blood cell (WBC) data was higher, there were no significantly differences in platelets and fibers. In the serum biochemical test, except for the liver function data was higher, the data of other sCr, BUN, P/Ca ratio were higher, but they were maintained in equilibrium, with no significantly differences in statistics. In the urine biochemical test, the data of urine specific gravity (USG) and urine protein concentration (UPC) ratio were no significantly differences.
