台灣的組裝產業大都以中小企業為主。在有限的資源、技術能力及營運資金下,通常缺乏完善的存貨管理資訊系統。大多以人工、紙本紀錄等方式進行存貨管理,因此容易產生人為上的疏失或錯誤。而且在文件管理上不易查詢、彙整與留存相關的資料。為了能提供家具組裝業進行準確且有系統的存貨管理,本研究使用Microsoft Access 資料庫系統來建置一套家具組裝存貨管理資訊系統。藉以提供公司相關管理人員達成標準化、數據化的存貨管理,以提升公司的存貨管理效率與正確性。
Most of the assembly industry is small and medium-sized enterprises in Taiwan. Due to limited resources, technical capabilities, and working capital, a complete inventory management information system is usually lacking. The inventory management of materials is mostly carried out by manual and paper records. Therefore, it is easy to cause human error or mistake. Moreover, it is not easy to inquire, compile and retain relevant information in file management. In order to provide the furniture assembly industry with accurate and systematic inventory management, this study adopts the Microsoft Access database system to construct an inventory management information system. It is expected that this system can provide managers to achieve effective standardization and digitization inventory management, so as to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the company's inventory management.
