軟體開發商在激烈的招標中順利取得軟體開發專案,除了可能要面對顧客一開始需求不明確、需求經常變更之外,還得控制軟體開發專案能在交期內順利完成繳件給客戶,因此,為了要達到以最少成本而獲得最佳的利潤,能讓公司朝向永續經營邁進,勢必要選用適當的專案管理手法,依照軟體開發專案特性來分析,較適合使用敏捷式專案管理。 本研究將探討敏捷式專案管理手法應用於軟體開發商,藉由敏捷式頻繁交付小量且可用的成果以取得顧客需求更改,進而達到專案目的,專案執行過程中再利用傳統專案管理之中的實獲值來監控成本與時程,使用公式繪製曲線圖來進行分析,透過實獲值的預警、預測功能,在成本超支或進度落後的時間點向主管匯報現況,而做出了有效且正確的決策,以提升專案成功率。

This research explores the application of agile project management techniques to software developers, by frequently delivering small and usable results in agile manner to obtain changes in customer needs, and then achieve project goals, and reuse traditional project management in the project execution process. The actual value is used to monitor the cost and the time course, and the formula is used to draw a graph for analysis. Through the early warning and forecast function of the actual value, the current situation is reported to the supervisor at the time of cost overrun or behind schedule, and the result is effective and correct Decision-making to increase the success rate of the project.
