根據交通部觀光局統計資料顯示截至2019年底為止,來台入境旅客人數達到1,180萬人。隨著科技的進步、人民意識的提升,現代人無論是對於休閒娛樂、旅遊或是商務出差,都是非常注重且願意花錢投資在上面的,也因此世界各地的飯店、旅館不停設立新據點及新品牌。因此餐飲、旅館業將會需要大量的人力需求投入,但因為工時長、休假時間不固定導致員工離職率一直是高居不下的問題,所以本研究將以探討我國旅館業人資、部門主管在面試時如何選擇最終職務所需人才,會詢問什麼問題為目的。透過半結構式訪談立意取樣高雄及墾丁地區的商務型旅館及觀光型飯店共八間,訪談對象為人資或單位主管。研究結果顯示:現在因為各飯店部門主管會對自己部門的職缺較為瞭解,所以將會是直接由部門主管面試挑選而不再像以往的由人資面試選才,主管也提到挑選最終職缺的主要因素為面試者是否具備個人特質以及對於自己未來的規劃及面試態度。因為目前尚未大量研究旅館業的面試招募問題,所以建議未來可將研究範圍擴大至其他縣市,可以藉由量化研究大量的數據分析研究,對於未來想要招募員工及想從事相關產業的職場有更深的幫助。
According to statistics from the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Communications, as of the end of 2019, the number of inbound tourists to Taiwan reached 11.8 million. With the advancement of science and technology and the improvement of people’s awareness, modern people, whether for leisure and entertainment, tourism or business trips, are very concerned and willing to spend money on them. Therefore, hotels around the world are constantly setting up new Strongholds and new brands. Therefore, the catering and hotel industries will require a large amount of manpower input, but due to the long working hours and irregular vacation time, the employee turnover rate has always been a high problem. Accordingly, this study will explore the During the interview, how to choose the talents needed for the final position and what questions will be asked for the purpose. A total of eight travel hotels and tourist hotels in Kaohsiung and Kenting were sampled through semi-structured interviews. The interviewees were human resources or unit managers. The results of the research show that: now that the directors of each hotel department are more aware of the vacancies in their own departments, they will be directly selected by the department heads instead of the previous human resource interviews. The directors also mentioned the selection of the final position. The main factors that are lacking are whether the interviewer has personal characteristics and his future planning and interview attitude. Because there has not been a lot of research on interview recruitment issues in the hotel industry, it is suggested that the research scope can be expanded to other counties and cities in the future. A large amount of data analysis and research can be used to quantitatively study a large amount of data analysis and research can more help for Hospitality industry.
