芳香萬壽菊(Tagetes lemmonii)為菊科(Compositae),萬壽菊屬(Tagetes)多年生植物,該屬植物具觀賞價值、環境適應力佳、精油氣味特殊,具、防腐、抗菌、抗氧化等多種活性。芳香萬壽菊具有一定發展潛力,但其成分、活性和栽培等相關研究極少,水分管理是農業生產重要課題,而Arduino為開放電子原型平台,可通過感測器來檢測環境。因此,本研究使用Arduino灌溉系統之水分管理(water management)進行不同土壤含水量處理,共分為33% (土壤體積含水量維持在33%)、26%、18%、10%等四種處理,了解不同土壤水分含量對植株性狀、生理活性及產量之影響,以不同萃取條件萃取芳香萬壽菊各部位萃取,並開發高效液相層析儀和氣相層析串聯質譜儀進行成分之探討。結果顯示,MeOH搭配超音波震盪萃取,各指標成分皆有較高的含量。花朵具有較高之指標成分含量,其中以quercetagitrin 有最高含量,具有良好DPPH自由基清除和抑制酪胺酸酶之能力。對照組處理有最多生物量,精油有較高dihydrotagetone之含量。土壤體積含水量10%的植株有最高指標成分之含量且具有最好自由基清除和抑制酪胺酸酶之能力。綜合上述,對照組處理能獲取最多植株生物量,其中以花朵有最多成分之含量且具有最佳抗氧化和抑制酪胺酸酶之活性,土壤體積含水量10%植株有最高指標成分之含量。
Lemmonii (Tagetes lemmonii) belongs to Compositae, Tagetes of perennial plant. Tagetes has ornamental value, good environmental adaptability, special smell of essential oils, antiseptic, antibacterial, and antioxidant. T. lemmonii has a potential for development. However, there is little research on its composition, activity and cultivation environment. Water management is an important topic in agricultural production. Arduino is an open electronic prototype platform, and it can detect environmental changes through various sensors. Therefore, in this study, the water management of the Arduino automatic irrigation system for different soil moisture contents treatments were used. The control treatment (soil volumetric water content is maintained at 33%), 26%, 18%, 10%. To understand the impact of different soil moisture content treatments on the plant characteristics, yield, and extraction of bioactive compounds of T. lemmonii, and different extraction conditions were developed, and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) were used to identify the composition. The results showed that the ultrasonicator extraction of methanol, each index component has a higher content. Flowers have higher content of index components, among which quercetagitrin has the highest content. The flower extract has good DPPH scavenging activity and anti-tyrosinase activity. The control treatment had the most abundant biomass and the essential oil has a higher content of dihydrotagetone, and soil volumetric water content maintain 10% treatment plants had the highest component. Based on the above, the control group can obtain the most plant biomass. Compared with each part, the flower extract has the highest component content and has the best antioxidant and anti-tyrosinase activity. The 10% treatment plants have the highest content of index components.
