隨著台灣邁入高齡社會,政府單位為因應社會型態的改變,提出相關的長照政策,政策中對於照護機構、照護者的服務項目與輔具的應用,都有明確的規範,由此可知,輔助器具在長照市場的需求也有所提高。良好的輔具設計不僅可以降低照護者的負擔,亦可保護受照護者的安全,目前市面上常見的輔具功能通常較為單一,多功能輔具因為價格高昂或操作繁瑣等問題,無法被照護機構普遍使用。為解決此問題,本研究針對多功能輔具進行設計改良,並加入卡拉酷力(Karakuri)的概念,重新繪製設計圖,並以此進行零件的購買並進行組裝,組裝完成後再進行實際測試,而透過測試與分析之結果,此輔具能達到降低成本、減少輔具重量及照護者操作步驟簡化的效果。
With Taiwan enters an aging society, the government has proposed related long-term care policies in response to social change. The policies have clear regulations on the application of care institutions, caregivers’ service items and assistive devices. So that the demand for assistive devices in the long-term care market has also increased. Good assistive device design can not only reduce the burden on caregivers, but also protect the safety of caregivers. At present, the most common assistive device on the market function is usually more single, but multi-purpose assistive device because of high prices, complicated operation or other issues, cannot be commonly used in care facilities. In order to solve this problem, this study aims to improve the multifunctional assistive device, adding the concept of Karakuri, redraw the design drawings, and conduct actual tests. Through the results of testing and analysis, this assistive device can achieve the effect of reducing costs, reducing the weight of the assistive device and simplifying the operation steps of the caregiver.
