卑南溪河川疏濬對河道沖淤比較分析

摘要


近年來由於氣候變遷、地震及颱洪作用,導致山坡地產生大量的土石崩塌,民國98年8月莫拉克颱風來襲,其高延時強降雨特性造成上游坡地崩坍嚴重,洪流夾帶大量土砂直瀉而下,除造成堤防農田等損壞外,更嚴重淤塞河道,改變地貌,對河川輸砂特性及穩定性造成極大影響。 本文蒐集卑南溪民國98至108年大斷面測量資料、各疏濬區河段及流域中5個雨量站自民國93年到107年資料作為探討之基本資料。研究中整理河床坡降並以實際資料比較沖淤情形。研究結果顯示,水系河道能經由自然變動或人為治理、管理而有一定程度變化。此外,卑南溪歷年來受降雨影響,105~108年全河段沖淤深度介於-0.95~+1.29之間,且平均坡降變化很小,全溪河道穩定。

This research study comparative analysis of the Beinan River siltation,collecting 98 to 105 years large cross section measurements and River sections of each dredging and representatives of the Beinan River 5 rainfall stations from 93 to 104 years of rainfall data as the basic data. Study finish scouring and silting of Riverbed gradient and compared with real data, The results showed,Analysis of river channel can change to a certain extent through natural changes or man-made governance and management, affecting analysis of river channel erosion and siltation,Beinan River has been affected by rainfall over the years,The erosion and deposition depths of the whole river reach between -0.95 and +1.29 from 105 to 108 years,And the average slope change is very small,the whole rivers is relatively stable.
