Integrated farm planning and development is one of the main issues of modern national agricultural regionalization and development. This study uses the Tanjong Malin Diamond Valley in Perak, Malaysia, as the proposed farm site. An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) based topographic map has taken and stitched as the base map for the 40-hectare farm area planning. The planning takes into account important factors such as ecological development, organic cultivation, and sustainable management. The planned results are divided into three main sub-themes, including expansion sturgeon breeding, tropical agriculture development, and leisure agriculture. Finally, the benefit-cost analysis and the cost-return period analysis were conducted for economic benefits evaluation. The economic evaluation result shows that the benefit-cost ratio of the proposed development investment is 1.215, and the cost return period is about nine years and seven months.
