摘要


本文係研究高爾夫球鐵桿頭,其特徵在不生銹且桿部易於室溫調整角度。利用合金設計概念,設計麻田散鐵與肥粒鐵雙相組合之不銹鋼,成分設計為鐵-15.5鉻-3.5鎳-2.0銅合金。研究以機械性質為主,以為高爾夫球應用之參考。研究結果如下: 1. 機械性質:鑄件經1040℃/1小時固溶處理後,其抗拉強度為148.8~151.2ksi,降伏強度為99.6~102.1ksi,延伸率11.1~12.0%,硬度HRc31.9~30.8。鑄件經固溶處理後,於高溫700~800℃退火後,抗拉強度為126.1~139.2ksi,降伏強度為91.2~96.5ksi,延伸率13.1~15.6%,硬度則介於HRc28.1~25.2;合金經450℃~540℃時效處理後,抗拉強度為131.1~187.2ksi,降伏強度為141.3~160.1ksi,延伸率9.4~11.8%,硬度則介於 HRc42.4~ 34.8。 2. 顯微結構:SEM、XRD與TEM分析顯示,合金顯微結構為麻田散鐵 + 肥粒鐵雙相組織結構,晶格常數 a≒0.287nm。 3. 產業應用:與商用17-4PH不銹鋼鑄件比較,具高爾夫球頭鐵桿頭應用之潛力。

The purposes of present studies are focus on the Iron Head of Golf Club, particularly possessed the corrosion resistence and tilt-working on room temperature. The micostructure, belonging to martensite and ferrite duplex phase, of the stainless steel has been designed. The chemical compostion designed as Fe-15.5mass%Cr-3.5 mass%Ni-2 mass%Cu, and the mechanical properties and microstructural analysis are performed for the application of Golf Head Club. The main results are descrbied as following: 1. Mechanical property: the UTS, YS, elongation and hardness of the alloy been on 1040℃/1h are in range of 148.8~151.2ksi, 99.6~102.1ksi, 11.1~12.0% and HRC31.9~30.8,respectively. After annealed at 700~880℃, the UTS, YS, elongation and hardness of the alloy been on 1040℃/1h are in range of 126.1~139.2ksi, 91.2~96.5ksi, 13.1~15.6% and HRC28.1~25.2, respectively. Additionally, when heated at 450℃~ 540℃, the UTS, YS, elongation and hardness of the alloy been on 1040℃/1h are in range of 131.1~187.2ksi, 141.3~160.1ksi, 9.4~11.8% and HRC42.4~34.8, respectively. 2. Microstructre: based on the SEM, XRD and TEM examination, the microstructure of the present alloy is essentially (martensite and ferrite) duplex phase. And, the lattice parameter ia a≒0.287nm. 3. Application: comapered with the 17-4PH stain;ess steel, the present alloy may have a high potential property on the Golf Head Club, particularly being Iron Head.
