學號:N10656011 論文名稱:使用資訊系統成功模式評估人事差勤電子表單管理系統 -以高雄國際航空站為例 總頁數:86頁 學校名稱:國立屏東科技大學 系別:資訊管理系所 畢業時間及摘要別:一百零八學年度第二學期碩士學位論文摘要 研 究 生:蘇銘欽 指導教授:蔡 玉 娟 博士 論文摘要內容: 行政院國家發展委員會於1981年推行政府機關「電子化政府推動方案」,2005年明訂政府內部相關人員使用電子表單,2011至2016年建構差勤電子表單及公文線上簽核系統,以利提高工作效率。因此,本研究使用資訊系統成功模式評估高雄國際航空站之人事差勤電子表單管理系統,主要內容及結果為:(1)使用人事差勤電子表單管理系統的主要使用者以40~49歲為高中職(含大學)之男性,單位為行政部門、工作性質為技術類;(2)在滿意度差異性方面,工程部門滿意度高於行政部門使用者;(3)人事差勤電子表單管理系統之資訊系統成功模式驗證-「資訊品質」對「系統使用」有顯著的正向影響;「資訊品質」對「使用者滿意度」有顯著的正向影響;「系統品質」對「系統使用」有顯著的正向影響;「系統品質」對「使用者滿意度」有顯著的正向影響;「服務品質」對「使用者滿意度」有顯著的正向影響;「系統使用」對「使用者滿意度」有顯著的正向影響;「系統使用」對「淨利益」有顯著的正向影響;「使用者滿意度」對「淨利益」有顯著的正向影響。惟「服務品質」對「系統使用」的影響並不顯著外,其它結果均支持本研究架構。本研究成果可提供航站主官管與業務承辦人及資訊廠商,作為後續改良及研發,以提升使用者滿意度之參考依據。 關鍵字:資訊系統成功模式、人事差勤電子表單管理系統、使用者滿意度

In 2005, it was clearly stipulated that relevant government personnel use electronic forms. From 2011 to 2016, an online signing system for electronic forms & official documents was constructed to facilitate working efficiency. Therefore, this study utilizes the successful model of the information system to evaluate the personnel attendance electronic form management system of Kaohsiung International Airport. The main contents & results are: (1) The primary users of the personnel attendance electronic form management system are 40-49 years old male who has a senior (vocational) high school or above degree. & serve in administrative departments with a technical oriented job; (2) In terms of satisfaction, the satisfaction of the engineering department is higher than users of the administrative department; (3) The management of electronic forms for personnel & attendance Verification of the successful information system of the system-"Information Quality" has a significant positive effect on "System Use"; "Information Quality" has a significant positive effect on "User Satisfaction"; "System Quality" has a "positive use" "Has a significant positive impact; "system quality" has a significant positive impact on "user satisfaction"; "service quality" has a significant positive impact on "user satisfaction"; "system use" has "User satisfaction" has a significant positive impact; "System use" has a significant positive impact on "net benefits"; "User satisfaction" has a significant positive impact on "net benefits". Although, the influence of "service quality" on "system use" is not significant, rest of the results support this research. The results of this study can be used as a reference basis for the terminal management, business contractors & information vendors as follow-up improvements, & research & development to improve user satisfaction.
