工作壓力於職場中所產生的問題已層出不窮,進而影響身心於情緒耗竭或情緒壓抑,最終導致離職亦或身心受損。所以工作壓力所造成的文明病,已是現代人越來越重視的病源,因為不管做什麼事情都跟壓力有密切關係,故本研究之目的在於探討工作壓力源、情緒耗竭、工作成就感與離職傾向之關聯性以及主管的幽默感將影響工作壓力源及情緒耗竭、工作成就感的程度。 本研究對象:石化產業(占48%)、某一單位公部門(占9.4%)、其他產業(占42.6%),進行紙本(117份)及網路問卷(86份),問卷內容以「壓力源」、「情緒耗竭」、「工作成就感」、「離職傾向」及「主管幽默感」共五大量表測量,總共發出203份,有效問卷202份,有效回收率為99.5%,透過統計軟體整理數據跟歸類,以及運用迴歸分析方式來做假設驗證研究之結果。 研究分析結論歸納如下: 一、挑戰型壓力源與情緒耗竭、工作成就感及離職傾向間正向關係。 二、阻礙型壓力源與工作成就感及離職傾向間負向關係。 三、情緒耗竭、工作成就感對工作壓力源與離職傾向具有中介效果。 四、主管的幽默感對於工作壓力源與情緒耗竭、工作成就感之關係: 不具有調節效果。
The problems caused by work stressors in the workplace have emerged one after another. They affect the physical and mental exhaustion or emotional depression, and ultimately lead to resignation or physical and mental damage. Therefore, the disease of civilization caused by work stressors has been paid more and more attention by modern people because no matter what you do is closely related to stressors. The purpose of this research is to explore the correlation between work stress, emotional exhaustion, job accomplishment and the relevance of turnover intention. Also, the supervisor's sense of humor will affect the degree of work stressor, emotional exhaustion, and sense of job accomplishment. The object of this research: petrochemical industry (48%), public sector of a certain unit (9.4%), other industries (42.6%), paper (117) and online questionnaires (86), the content of the questionnaire is based on A total of five large scale measurements of "stressor", "emotional exhaustion", "sense of job accomplishment", " turnover intention " and "supervisor's sense of humor" were issued. A total of 203 copies were issued, 202 valid questionnaires were issued, and the effective response rate was 99.5%. Statistical software organizes data and classifies, and uses regression analysis to make hypothesis verification research results. The research and analysis conclusions are summarized as follows: 1. There is a positive relationship between challenging stressors and emotional exhaustion, job accomplishment, and turnover intention. 2. There is a negative relationship between hindrance stressors and job accomplishment and turnover intention. 3. Emotional exhaustion and job accomplishment have an intermediary effect on work stressors and turnover intentions. 4. The supervisor’s sense of humor does not have a moderating effect on the relationship between work stressors, emotional exhaustion, and job accomplishment.
