原住民地區農業耕作法關鍵因素之研究-以利稻部落為例

面對原住民地區農業汙染研究，在追求經濟與農地能永續循環使用的衝突困境，作者積極推動有機農業的友善環境耕種方式，認為這是台灣農地能永續環境的重要課題，本研究主要目的是為了分析在原住民地區影響農業耕作法的關鍵因素為何，透過文獻探討及修正式德菲法專家問卷，確認影響原住民地區農業耕作法主要及次要關鍵因素。研究結果發現整體構面「營運成本」為最重要，第二層層級重要為「農地資源」、「水源充足與否」、「生產成本」、「尊重需求」、「行銷推廣活動」，共選6因子提供相關單位建議等。給利稻部落農民及農政相關上對於原住民地區農業耕作法選擇，建議要在營運成本中方方面面的成本必須明確的計算，審視土地具備的農地資源及水源充足能力，重視在地部落農民強烈的被尊重需要感及學習參與相關的行銷推廣活動，讓農友看見長遠的利弊得失，農友必能選擇較優於環境的友善農法。

The results of the study found that the overall dimension "operating cost" is the most important, and the second level is important for "agricultural land resources", "adequate water supply", "production cost", "respect for demand", and "marketing promotion activities". 6 factors provide relevant unit suggestions and so on. For Lidao tribe farmers and agricultural policy-related matters, it is recommended that all aspects of operating costs must be clearly calculated in terms of operating costs. It is recommended that the land has agricultural resources and sufficient water resources, and pay attention to the strong strength of the tribal farmers. A sense of need to be respected and learn to participate in related marketing and promotion activities, so that farmers can see the long-term advantages and disadvantages, and farmers will be able to choose a friendly farming method that is better than the environment.
