零工式生產流程較為複雜,生管人員製令開立後追蹤比較困難,為避免生產線停工,可能會接到訂單就轉成製令,造成產線各工作站都有很多製令可以挑選,因此訂單的延遲變成不可避免。所以本研究目的在建立製令追蹤資訊系統,藉由工作站回報而能即時掌握製令進度、工作站績效及在製品數量。而本研究的資訊系統使用Ragic做為開發的軟體,並已成功導入在某台商在越南的棒球及護具製造工廠,系統資訊維護人力由4人減為1人。Ragic是一種無須撰寫程式的雲端資料庫,藉由工作表連結、自訂按鈕及表單權限的設定,使得能用便宜的價格為中小企業廠商量身訂製資訊系統,而導入後的資訊系統日後可交由廠商自行維護,日後若有新的功能或應用也可以自行修改。本研究成果希望能為中小企業建立一個範例,不需要再被系統套裝軟體廠商綁架,可以自行依本身特殊需求自行建構資訊系統。
The manufacturing process is more complex for a job shop production. Hence, the manufacturing order (MO) would open earlier when people of production control received an order. There are MOs can be selected by operators of workstation, then the delay of orders is unavoidable. The study aims at to establish a manufacturing order tracking system (MOTS) to track the progress of MOs, performance of work station and quantity of work in process (WIP) by reporting the quantity of finished products from all work stations. The MOTS is developed by RAGIC and it has been successfully installed into a baseball and protection gear factory of a Taiwanese company in Vietnam. The manpower of system maintenance is reduced from 4 people to 1 people. Ragic is a cloud database without coding and it is convenient to develop by the specific need of an small and medium sized enterprise (SME) within a reasonable price. The SME can maintain or modify the system by themselves with little efforts when there are new functions or applications are applicable. Hopefully, the results of this research can be an example for a SME. They can build their information system according to their own special needs and no longer be restricted by software suppliers.
