甜椒栽培重點及成本分析－以綠州果蔬開發有限公司 為例

摘要
本研究以綠州果蔬開發有限公司為對象，探討甜椒不同季節栽培管 理重點及成本分析。結果發現甜椒須注意連作障礙，最好選擇適當作物進 行輪作。定植後須注意水分管理及控制追肥施用量。由於甜椒植株生長後 期容易倒伏，需採用多桿整枝法減少倒伏情況，才能維持甜椒的產量及品 質。 透過成本分析得知，本研究個案栽種之甜椒其損益平衡點為 1,722 公 斤，需種植達 0.6 公頃時可達損益平衡。給予該公司之建議為： 一、 土地經營過於分散，應盡量集中以提高管理效率。 二、 利用機械化及智能化生產方式，建構智慧農場。 三、開發新式種植模式及最佳密植時間，配合市場價格調節產量，以提高 產值。

This study focused on the cultivation management focus and cost analysis of sweet peppers in different seasons with Green State Fruit and Vegetable Development Co., Ltd. It has been found that sweet peppers must be treated as continuous obstacles, and it is best to choose suitable crops for rotation. After planting, attention should be paid to water management and control of top dressing application. Because the sweet pepper plants tend to fall in the later stage of growth, multi-rod pruning method is needed to reduce the lodging, in order to maintain the yield and quality of the sweet pepper. The balance of profit and loss of the sweet pepper planted in this field was 1,722 kg by this study, and it was just up to the balance of profit and loss when planting 0.6 hectares. The advice given to the company is (1) Land management is too fragmented and should be concentrated as much as possible to improve management efficiency.(2) The use of mechanized and intelligent production methods to build a smart farm.(3) Develop new planting mode and optimal close planting time, and adjust production with market price and to increase production value.
