培殖活餌吳郭魚(小非洲魚)來取代下雜魚–以雙A多曼魚養殖場為例

摘要


馬來西亞養殖多曼魚本有一片榮景,但因養殖戶需用下雜魚投餵,當面臨下雜魚之大海漁業資源枯竭之時,已促使飼料成本節節高升。雖然有飼料工廠的人工飼料可購買,但魚體一直無法達到理想重量。若以世界對養魚業的趨勢分析,人工餌料裡的動物蛋白價格有上無下,特別是優質魚粉難求,還有食安的醒覺,這些都是本研究應考量的因素。因此,本研究以以雙A多曼魚養殖場為例,運用活餌養殖飼料用魚,並評估成本效益,若試驗成功,將有助於以上問題之改善。 活餌吳郭魚本身就是一種農產品,它的市場價格定位不高,但一個多曼養殖戶若要永續或擴大規模,這原料就必須掌握到位。活餌也是永續經營的一環,它能與魚塭的浮游生物及水質生態起著互補效應。 本研究之試驗從活餌吳郭魚的親種魚(共5天)開始,培養魚花(第26天)並養成雉魚(第46天),之後捕撈送入多曼魚池,並觀察30天的多曼魚重量變化。對照組則以下雜魚直接養殖多曼魚,觀察30天的重量變化。兩種養殖方式比照結果,發現用活餌養殖1公斤多曼魚的成本為4.39元馬幣,而用下雜魚的成本為5.77元馬幣,代表用活餌養殖效益較高。

Malaysian doman fish farming has a good prospect, but because farmers need to use trash fish for feeding, when the fishery resources of the trash fish are exhausted, the feed cost has been steadily rising. Although there are artificial feeds available for purchase from feed factories, the fish body has not reached the ideal weight. Based on the analysis of the world’s trends in the fish farming industry, the price of animal protein in artificial bait is up and down, especially the hard-to-find quality fish meal, and the awareness of food safety, these are all factors that should be considered in this study. Therefore, this study takes the Double A Doman fish farm as an example, uses live bait to breed fish for feed, and evaluates the cost-effectiveness. If the experiment is successful, it will help to improve the above problems. Live bait Wu Guo fish itself is an agricultural product, and its market price is not high, but if a Doman farmer wants to sustainably or expand the scale, this raw material must be in place. Live bait is also a part of sustainable management. It can complement the plankton and water quality ecology of the fish farm. The experiment in this study started with the parent fish of Wu Guo fish live bait (5 days in total), cultivated fish flower (26th day) and cultivated pheasant (46th day), then caught and sent to Doman fish pond and observed for 30 days Doman fish weight changes. In the control group, the following trash fish were directly farmed and the weight changes of 30 days were observed. Comparing the results of the two breeding methods, it is found that the cost of breeding 1 kg of Doman fish with live bait is 4.39 MYR, while the cost of using trash fish is 5.77 MYR, which means that the efficiency of breeding with live bait is higher.
