傢俱製造業生產排程系統建置之研究-以H公司為例

摘要


生產排程系統對製造業而言是極為重要的資訊管理系統。雖然非常多的軟體公司都有販售包含生產排程的企業資源需求規劃(Enterprise resource planning, ERP)軟體,但因各公司的生產製程都不盡相同,現行公版的ERP軟體很難完全適用於各公司之使用;再者除非公司設有資訊相關部門能針對公版的ERP軟體進行修改成為適用於公司的軟體;否則必須支付高額的客製成本請軟體公司為企業量身訂做開發完全適用於公司製程之系統。這都是目前很多製造業面臨的問題。為解決上述問題,本研究針對近年才成立之公司依其生產特性建置生產排程系統,協助個案工廠提升製程產線排程之效率。本排程系統以滿足最多的訂單交期的數量為目標,在考慮各工序標準產能、訂單需求量、不同排程優先法則、產品的交期之因素下,規劃各訂單的生產順序及時間。本系統可以提升公司生產決策品質藉以提高生產效率。

Production scheduling system is a very important information management system for the manufacturing industry. Although there are many companies that sell enterprise resource requirements planning (ERP) software that includes production scheduling functions. However, due to the different production processes of each company, it is difficult for these ERP software to be fully applicable to the use of each company. Unless the company has an information technology department that can modify these ERP software; otherwise, they have to pay a high cost to software companies for the development of customized systems that are fully applicable to their production processes. In order to solve the above problems, this study aims at a case company established in recent years to build a production scheduling system according to its production characteristics, so as to help the company improve the efficiency of production scheduling. This scheduling system aims to meet the maximum number of order delivery dates, and plans the production sequence and time of each order in consideration of the standard production capacity of each process, order demand, different scheduling priority rules, and product delivery. This scheduling system can improve the quality of the company's production decisions to improve production efficiency.
