在新冠肺炎肆虐全球的當下,病毒普遍經由人體所產生的飛沫或口鼻分泌物來散播、傳染,為確保自身能夠減少被感染的機率,減少人與人的接觸勢必是大眾所需優先考量的一大事項,然而,視訊會談就是一種有效減少社交接觸的方式,有賴於資訊科技的發達與網際網路的普及,使用視訊通話或開會已非電腦才能做到,於人手一機的現在,只要有手機,處處皆可建立視訊通話、處處皆可參加視訊會議,而在疫情嚴峻的現下,是否加劇影響人們使用視訊會議的行為意圖就成了本研究主要所需探討之處。 本研究首先利用文獻探討蒐集資料,以可能使用視訊APP軟體建立會議或參與視訊會議通訊的大眾為研究對象,驗證科技接受模式在疫情下,視訊使用者參與視訊會議情境中之適配度,並進一步加入保護動機理論探討各變項對使用意圖之解釋力。研究工具包含科技接受模式量表與保護動機理論所組成的問卷,於網路平台發放後使用SPSS及Smart-PLS 4統計軟體分析有效樣本其信效度,並使用敘述性統計及結構方程模型等分析法將分析結果加以解釋得出結論,提供爾後視訊相關議題之研究人員、軟體開發商及政策制定者更明確的決策與分析。
At the moment when the new crown pneumonia is raging around the world, the virus is generally spread and transmitted through the droplets or oral and nasal secretions produced by the human body. In order to ensure that one can reduce the chance of being infected, reducing human-to-human contact is bound to be a priority for the public. A major issue, however, video conferencing is an effective way to reduce social contact. It depends on the development of information technology and the popularization of the Internet. The use of video calls or meetings is no longer possible with computers. With mobile phones, video calls can be established everywhere, and video conferences can be held anywhere. In the current severe epidemic, whether it will aggravate people's behavioral intentions to use video conferences has become the main focus of this study. This research first uses literature research to collect data, and takes the public who may use video-conferencing APP software to establish conferences or participate in video-conferencing communications as the research object to verify the adaptability of technology acceptance models to video-conferencing users participating in video-conferencing situations under the epidemic situation. The theory of protection motivation is further added to explore the explanatory power of each variable on the use intention. The research tools include a questionnaire composed of the Technology Acceptance Model Scale and the Conservation Motivation Theory. After the online platform is distributed, SPSS and Smart-PLS 4 statistical software are used to analyze the reliability and validity of valid samples, and descriptive statistics and structural equation models are used. The analysis method interprets the analysis results and draws conclusions, providing researchers, software developers and policy makers with clearer decision-making and analysis on video-related issues in the future.
