由於COVID-19疫情影響，在台灣多數行業受到疫情的衝擊，許多公司面臨著無薪假及減班的狀況，就殯葬業者而言，也受到一些影響，影響面向為葬禮的過程必須簡略，避免過多人同時群聚。
殯葬業在台灣屬較為禁忌的行業，一般鮮少被作學術上探討，本論文研究中蒐集國內外有關殯葬業相關文獻及專家訪談，並設計出第1回合的問卷，以修正式德菲德法實施2回合問卷後，予以分析殯葬業關鍵成功因素之面向及因子，得出殯葬業關鍵成功因素的四大構面及15項因子，其中包括服務構面、企業基礎構面、經營方式構面及資金構面，可以達到關鍵成功因素，本論文利用沙灘賣冰理論探討殯葬業相關議題，探討如何以有限的資金妥善分配到企業經營策略，進而使企業在資金上的運用更有效率及彈性。

The contents of abstract in this thesis：
Due to the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic， most industries in Taiwan have been affected by the epidemic. Many companies are facing unpaid leave and reduced work hours. The funeral industry has also been affected， the aspect of the impact is that the funeral process must be simple and avoid excessive people getting together at the same time.
The funeral industry is a relatively taboo industry in Taiwan， and it is generally seldom discussed academically. In this thesis research， we collected domestic and foreign-related literature and expert interviews on the funeral industry and designed the first round of questionnaires. After implementing the 2-round questionnaire using the Modified Delphi Method， we analyzed the aspects and factors of key success factors in the funeral industry; the key success factors for the funeral industry are four dimensions and 15 factors， and the theory of selling ice on the beach is used to discuss related issues in the funeral industry. Discuss how to properly allocate limited funds to the business strategy of the company， and then make the company's use of funds more efficient and flexible.
