碟式煞車系統模型驗證與異音預測之研究

A Study of Model Validation and Squeal Prediction of Disc Brake Systems

摘要


本研究主要探討碟式煞車系統於煞車作動過程中,是否會因來令片 與碟盤間摩擦,使系統不穩定進而產生煞車異音。為了確保有限元素模 型可靠度,本研究將卡鉗支架、卡鉗及轉向節分別進行有限元素模態分 析與實驗模態分析,並利用模態保證指標與自然頻率誤差比對進行模型 驗證。後續利用 LS-DYNA 有限元素分析軟體針對煞車系統進行複數特 徵值分析,並得知煞車系統於煞車作動狀態下之穩定性。為了進行分析 結果驗證,本研究利用 LINK3900 動力計搭配 SAE J2521 煞車異音量測 規範,針對煞車系統進行煞車作動過程量測實驗,並將煞車異音發生時 之時頻圖異音頻率,與分析得出之結果圖不穩定頻率進行相互比對,發 現實驗異音頻率與分析之不穩定頻率有對應現象。

This study mainly investigates whether the disc brake system will generate pad-to-disc friction during the braking process, making the system unstable and resulting in abnormal braking noise. In order to ensure the reliability of the finite element model, finite element modal analysis and experimental modal analysis were carried out on the bracket, caliper and knuckle in this study, and the model was validated by comparing the modal assurance criterion and natural frequency error. Then using the LS-DYNA finite element analysis software to analyze the complex eigenvalues of the braking system to understand the stability of the braking system in the braking state. In order to verify the analysis results, this study uses the LINK3900 dynamometer that conforms to the SAE J2521 brake noise measurement specification to conduct a brake actuation process measurement experiment on the brake system, and compares the frequency of the brake noise and the unstable frequency. In the result graph, it is found that the frequency of the abnormal sound in the experiment corresponds to the analyzed unstable frequency.
