摘要


本研究旨在為砂紙加工製造工廠量身打造一個製造資訊系統,以解決現有ERP系統無法有效管理砂紙庫存且紙本記錄容易出現問題的困境。在系統建立過程中,本案例採用了非BOM的系統模式,因為每個成品的訂單數量不同,其餘料和再利用情況也可能不同,無法以BOM的形式呈現。相反,本研究使用產品尺寸乘以一定的百分比來表示成品對原物料的消耗百分比。為了實現資訊即時化並減少浪費,本研究選擇使用Ragic來建立製造資訊系統。此外,引入雙箱制系統的概念來建立安全庫存量,以提醒採購人員進行購買。同時,使用看板管理方法來監控生產進度。透過本研究成果的實施,預期能夠降低庫存數量、提升員工作業的即時化,並減少不必要的浪費。

The aim of this research is to develop a tailored Manufacturing Information System for a sandpaper manufacturing plant, addressing the limitations of the existing ERP system in effectively managing sandpaper inventory and the issues associated with paper-based records. non-BOM system approach is adopted in this case study. Since each finished product has varying order quantities and different usage of remnants and reusability, it cannot be represented in the form of a Bill of Materials (BOM). Instead, this research utilizes product Dimensions multiplied by a certain percentage to represent the material consumption percentage for each finished product. To achieve real-time information and waste reduction, Ragic is chosen to build the Manufacturing Information System. Furthermore, the concept of a dual-bin system is introduced to Establish safety stock levels, providing reminders for procurement personnel to make purchases. Additionally, the Kanban management method is employed to monitor production progress. Through the implementation of this research outcome, it is expected to reduce inventory levels, enhance real-time operations for employees , and minimize unnecessary waste.
