開發棒壘球工廠製造執行系統

摘要


本研究旨在解決一家球類製造公司所面臨的生產管理和資訊流通的問題。該公司目前採用Excel進行資料管理,但其操作方式導致資訊不流通、不透明,並容易出現資料錯誤。此外,生產過程複雜且需要委外加工,缺乏即時記錄導致難以準確把握委外和回廠的產量,並增加了生產過程的不確定性和風險。因此,本研究合作該公司,利用Ragic低代碼開發工具構建一套棒壘球工廠製造執行系統,以實現生產過程的即時追蹤和資訊透明化。 本研究的目的包括:1.實現對每個訂單生產進度的追蹤和記錄,讓生產管理人員能夠及時瞭解訂單進度並採取必要措施確保按時完成;2.允許員工通過系統報告他們的生產績效,使生產情況更加透明和即時,以便管理人員更好地瞭解生產狀況、及時調整和分配工作,提高生產效率;3.追蹤在製品,幫助生產管理人員瞭解工廠生產狀況,及時調整生產計劃,提高生產效率和質量。綜合上述,該目標公司已成功導入棒壘球工廠製造執行系統,證明使用Low-Code / No-Code(低代碼 / 無代碼)技術,是可以幫助公司解決實務上的問題,另外針對系統的功能以及系統操作介面做介紹,最後本研究也提出了一些對未來相關的建議與探討,例如,可進一步優化系統功能,增加自動化流程和預測分析等功能,以進一步提升生產管理的效能。此外,可以考慮將系統擴展至其他相關部門或供應鏈環節,實現全面的生產管理和資訊流通。 關鍵字:製造執行系統、Ragic、No/Low code、外包

The purpose of this study is to address the production management and information flow issues faced by a sports equipment manufacturing company. The company currently uses Excel for data management, but its operational methods result in a lack of information flow, transparency, and frequent data errors. Additionally, the production process is complex and involves outsourcing, and the lack of real-time recording makes it difficult to accurately track the quantity of outsourced and returned products, thereby increasing production uncertainties and risks. Therefore, this study collaborates with the company to utilize the Ragic low-code development tool to build a baseball and softball factory manufacturing execution system, aiming to achieve real-time tracking and information transparency in the production process.   The objectives of this study are as follows: 1. Implement tracking and recording of production progress for each order, enabling production managers to timely understand the order status and take necessary measures to ensure timely completion. 2. Allow employees to report their production performance through the system, making production situations more transparent and real-time, enabling managers to better understand the production status, make timely adjustments and work allocations, and improve production efficiency. 3. Track work-in-progress items to help production managers understand the factory's production status, make timely adjustments to production plans, and improve production efficiency and quality. In conclusion, the target company has successfully implemented the Baseball Factory Manufacturing Execution System, demonstrating that the use of Low-Code/No-Code technology can help address practical issues. Furthermore, an overview of the system's functionalities and user interface has been provided. Lastly, this study also presents some recommendations and discussions for future developments, such as further optimizing system functionalities by incorporating automation processes and predictive analytics to enhance production management performance. Additionally, expanding the system to other relevant departments or segments within the supply chain can enable comprehensive production management and information flow.
