互動式拳擊對中高齡者體適能之影響

摘要


背景:隨著醫療科技之進步逐漸朝超高齡社會發展,中高齡者的健康備受重視,研究指出肌力的不足更會影響平衡和穩定進而增加跌倒的機率與危險性,嚴重甚至可能導致死亡,而拳擊運動能夠改善身體組成、肌肉適能、心肺適能、平衡及敏捷反應,也可以當作治療的一種項目,改善日常生活活動及生活品質,故本研究將探討互動式拳擊對中高齡者體適能之影響。方法:招募24 位中高齡者,分為實驗組與對照組,實驗組介入12 周互動式拳擊運動,在第0 周與第13 周進行測驗評估,檢測包含:五次坐站、握力、動靜態平衡及燈光反應測驗,數據單因子共變數分析進行分析。結果:在12 周互動式拳擊運動介入後發現,在兩組之間後測肌力之表現有顯著差異,實驗組肌力表顯優於對照組,而反應時間與平衡沒有顯著差異。結論:互動式拳擊運動能夠顯著改善中高齡者肌力之表現,且能維持反應與平衡能力,達到延緩老化之效益。

Purpose: Taiwan is gradually developing a super-aged society, studies show that the lack of muscle strength in middle-aged and elderly will affect balance and stability. Boxing can improve muscle fitness, balance, and agility. It can also be used as a therapeutic to improve quality of life. This study will investigate the Effects of Thump boxing on physical fitness for middle-aged and elderly . Methods: 24 middle-aged and elderly people were divided into two groups: a Thump boxing group and active control group. Physical fitness test were conducted before and after 12-week. Physical fitness test include: Sit to Stand test (SST), Grip Strength (GS), Time up and Go test (TUG) and Fitlight Tariner test (FT). Data were analyzed one-way ANCOVA. Result: SST and GS were significant difference between two groups. Conclusion: Thump boxing can improve the performance of muscle strength, and keep the ability of reaction time and balance.
