新娘秘書職業訓練師教學經驗之研究

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解新娘秘書職業訓練師之教學經驗,包含課程與教學運作、教學成效與困境、人力資源發展之管道與內容,以及教學經驗改變與專業成長。本研究以高雄地區三位擁有新娘秘書職業訓練課程教學經驗,且擔任新娘秘書職業訓練之師資歷達10年以上之新娘秘書職業訓練師為研究對象。本研究採用半結構訪談法,以主題分析法進行資料分析。本研究主要結論如下: 壹、 依學生屬性對應課程因材施教,且重視師生互動,尊重學生價值,而具影響力之行銷源於學生滿意度回饋。 貳、 不同單位之教學成效有所不同,而學生吸收程度、無法呈現主題風格與老師心境為主要教學困境,調整課程內容與標準及調適心境對應面臨之困境。 參、 人力資源發展以實體課程增加技能,自學創造獨有特色;提升本業知能,並多元學習厚實軟實力。 肆、 在教學歷程中不斷累積多方經驗,使教學細節逐漸縝密透徹,透過專業成長自我突破與精進,拓展多方面知能。 最後,本研究根據上述研究結果,針對政府主管機關勞動部勞動力發展署、新娘秘書職業訓練師以及未來研究方向提出建議。

The purpose of this study is to explore the teaching experiences of bridal Secretaries trainers, including the curriculum and teaching practices, teaching effectiveness and dilemmas, the channels and contents of human resource development, as well as the changes in teaching experiences and professional growth. The study was conducted with three bridal Secretaries trainers in Kaohsiung who have experience in teaching bridal Secretaries training programs and have been serving as bridal Secretaries trainers for over 10 years. The study adopts the semi-structured interview method and analyzes the data using the thematic analysis method. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. The training should be based on the students' attributes and tailored to the students, emphasize on teacher-student interaction, and respect students' values. Influential marketing stems from student satisfaction feedback. 2. The effectiveness of teaching varies from unit to unit, and the main difficulties in teaching are students’ level of comprehension, the inability to present the theme style, and the teacher's state of mind. The study discusses adjustment of course content and standards and adjustment of mindset to cope with the difficulties. 3. Human resource development is based on physical courses to increase skills, and self-learning can create unique characteristics. The trainers should enhance knowledge and skills in the field, as well as diversified learning to strengthen soft skills. 4. The trainers shouldaccumulate experiences in teaching, so that the details of teaching can be increasingly precise and thorough, and the trainers can make breakthroughs and refinements through professional growth, expanding the knowledge in various aspects. Finally, based on the above findings, this study proposes recommendations for the Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor (the authority concerned), the bridal Secretaries trainers, and future research.
