This study considers alternative demand and cannibalization effect, aiming at unit product pricing and remanufacturing profit maximization, constructs optimal pricing and remanufacturing decision-making model and its solution algorithm. Through the application of several actual numerical cases, this study explores the impact of changes in various important parameters on the model, so as to provide an important reference for optimal pricing and remanufacturing strategies. In addition, this study develops a support system for optimal decision-making, allowing users to conduct decision-making analysis in an easy-to-operate manner to improve decision-making efficiency. This study discusses and analyzes the production mode of remanufacturing recycled products and ordering new products, constructs the optimal pricing and remanufacturing strategy considering alternative demand and cannibalization effect, and provides practical reference for the practice of circular economy and reverse logistics production.
