砂管地下灌溉設計分析

Design and Analysis of Underground Irrigation using Sand Pipe

摘要


微潤灌溉及用水管理為近年來研究眾多的節水灌溉技術,相對於利用半透膜作為地下埋設灌溉管道,地下砂管可取代人工材料,以自然河砂結合節水灌溉技術用於現地,可減少環境承受之汙染,並具有減少地面水分蒸發散量,達到節水之效益,同時保持土壤疏鬆狀態,改善土壤通氣和養分狀況,以維持作物產量。 本研究通過室內試驗及現地實際操作,主要針對地下砂管土壤水分傳輸現象、地下砂管埋深及適用材料、地下砂管施作步驟以了解該灌溉管理方式之可行性,並結合旱作確定該灌溉方式能提供作物養分所需。結果表明:以壤土40cm及10cm砂層作為地下砂管灌溉之配置,另以間距80cm作為埋設間距,對於地下灌溉的效果最佳,同時水稻亦能維持基本產量。

Microlubrication irrigation and water use management are numerous water-saving irrigation products and technologies studied in recent years. Compared with the use of Semipermeable membrane as an underground buried irrigation pipe, the underground sand pipe can replace artificial materials. The use of natural river sand combined with water-saving irrigation technology in the field can reduce the pollution borne by the environment, reduce the evaporation of ground water, achieve water-saving benefits, while maintaining soil porosity, improve soil ventilation and nutrient status, To maintain crop yield. This study mainly focuses on the phenomenon of soil moisture transfer、the depth and applicable materialsin, and the application steps of underground sand pipes through indoor experiments and on-site practical operations to understand the feasibility of this irrigation management method. Combined with dry farming, it is determined that this irrigation method can provide the necessary nutrients for crops. The results showed that using a loam soil layer of 40 cm and 10 cm sand as the configuration of underground sand pipe irrigation, and using a spacing of 80 cm as the burial spacing, had the best effect on underground irrigation, while also maintaining basic rice yield.
