This research focuses on using second-hand children's clothing as the primary material to promote environmentally friendly repurposing designs. The researcher is concerned about the severe pollution caused by discarded clothing and explores how to transform second-hand children's clothing into environmentally friendly repurposed designs. The research methods include design thinking and product evaluation questionnaires to assess the acceptance of the transformed products. The researcher employs literature review and self-made questionnaires, inviting eight experts to evaluate and analyze twelve products using descriptive and inferential statistics to examine and organize the analysis results. These products include practical bags, household items, children's toys, and decorative accessories. Most experts believe that the products exhibit five key characteristics of repurposed second-hand children's clothing: aesthetics, practicality, value, reusability, and commercial viability. The purpose of this study is to understand the feasibility and acceptance of repurposing second-hand children's clothing and to provide valuable references and suggestions for future design of environmentally friendly recycling and repurposing products for children's second-hand clothing. Keywords: second-hand children's clothing, design thinking, repurposing design
