法律是社會生活中不可或缺的一部分,主要功能包括保護個人權利和財產、維護社會秩序、促進公平和正義、解決爭端和衝突等。對於律師事務所而言,有效的管理客戶和案件資訊至關重要,然而目前許多律師事務所尚未導入專門的管理資訊系統,仍然依賴手動記錄和查找方式進行管理,導致效率低下且容易出現錯誤和遺漏。隨著數字化時代的來臨,現代化的管理資訊系統能夠極大地提升律師事務所的運營效率和服務質量,從而使律師能夠專注於更具價值的法律工作。本研究以某律師事務所為例,探討如何利用低程式碼開發平台Ragic作為開發工具,客製化開發一套整合法律諮詢客服管理與案件管理的資訊系統。低程式碼開發平台提供了一個簡單易用的開發環境,允許用戶通過不用寫程式或僅需少量程式碼來快速構建應用程式。
Law is an indispensable part of social life, serving key functions such as protecting individual rights and property, maintaining social order, promoting fairness and justice, and resolving disputes and conflicts. For law firms, effective management of client and case information is crucial. However, many law firms still rely on manual record-keeping and searching methods, leading to inefficiencies and frequent errors and omissions. With the advent of the digital age, modern management information systems can significantly enhance the operational efficiency and service quality of law firms, allowing lawyers to focus on more valuable legal work. This study uses a specific law firm as a case example to explore how to utilize the low-code development platform Ragic as a development tool to customize and develop an integrated legal consultation customer service management and case management information system. The low-code development platform provides an easy-to-use development environment that allows users to quickly build applications with little to no coding required.
