砭石舒筋術按摩教學課程之教材發展與學習之探究

摘要


本研究旨在發展砭石舒筋術課程,課程設計採ADDIE模式,並探究學員學習砭石舒筋術課程的歷程及其學習動機與學習成效。本研究採個案研究法,研究對象為參加高雄中華技能教育發展協會的六位學員,並將砭石舒筋術課程和影像示範學教融入實體教學,本研究課程經六週36小時教學後,課前請學員填寫前測職能落差調查表,每週課後並實施課後評量及開放性問題互動,結訓前夕填寫後測職能落差調查表、砭石舒筋術學習動機與成效滿意度問卷,以瞭解學員之學習滿意度,資料蒐集後分析結果如後所述。 一、砭石舒筋術按摩教學課程和影像示範教學之教材可行性。 二、砭石舒筋術按摩教學可提升學員之學習動機,學員學習成效良好,學習滿意度也極佳。 三、學員可獲得到砭石舒筋術的知識及技能,並了解砭石舒筋術的要點,進而能獲悉砭石舒筋術運用於顧客的重要態度。 實體課程提供砭石舒筋術相關之十二經絡和舒筋護膚相關知識,最重要是學中做,引導學員對砭石舒筋術的技能從不熟悉到非常熟悉,老師牽起學員的手,ㄧ個步驟ㄧ個步驟講解與教導,穩扎穩打地演練真人實際操作,教到學員學會技能,並能獨立操作砭石舒筋術的流程。影像示範教學能不受時間和地點限制,輔助學員進一步練習技能的操作,達成學習成效。

This study aims to develop a Bianstone Relaxing Massage course using the ADDIE model and to explore the learning process, motivation, and effectiveness of students in the course. This research adopts a case study method, involving six participants from the Kaohsiung Chinese Skills Education Development Association. The Bianstone Relaxing Massage course and video demonstration teaching were integrated into the physical teaching. After six weeks of 36-hour instruction, participants completed a pre-test competency gap survey before the course, weekly post-class assessments, and open-ended question interactions. In the end of the courses, participants filled out a post-test competency gap survey, a Bianstone Relaxing Massage learning motivation and effectiveness satisfaction questionnaire to understand their learning satisfaction. The data collected was analyzed as follows: 1.The feasibility of teaching materials for the Bianstone Relaxing Massage course and video demonstration teaching. 2.The Bianstone Relaxing Massage teaching could enhance students' learning motivation, with good learning outcomes and high learning satisfaction. 3.Students could acquire knowledge and skills of Bianstone Relaxing Massage, understand its key points, and grasp the important attitude of applying Bianstone Relaxing Massage to clients. The physical course provided knowledge related to the twelve meridians and muscle-relaxing skincare of Bianstone Relaxing Massage. The most important aspect was learning by doing, guiding students from unfamiliarity to proficiency in Bianstone Relaxing Massage skills. The instructor guided the students step by step, explaining and teaching one step at a time, with steady practice on real people until the students master the skills and can independently perform the Bianstone Relaxing Massage procedure. The video demonstration teaching was not limited by time and place, assisting students in further practicing the skills to achieve learning effectiveness.
