摘要


近年來因極端氣候全球各地重大天災陸續發生,且比往年更為頻繁且嚴重,為了減輕自然生態的破壞,應以積極正面的態度來面對。建築營造業因大量使用混凝土及其他原物料,己成為高耗能高碳排的產業,而有別於RC構造,「木構」、「鋼構」則具備符合綠建築、永續、循環經濟、減碳、低環境衝擊、延長生命週期等優勢,木材更因其具有固碳功能,能有效對應淨零碳排的趨勢,故木構建築可多加推廣。近年來發展的「移動木屋」及「行動貨櫃屋」具有工期短、可預製、模矩化、可移動、高機動性及良好環境適應性等優勢,使得此種構造逐漸被廣泛使用於休閒園區建築、農舍、公共設施、臨時建築、鄉村及休閒遊憩景點等。本論文探討低碳永續綠建築規劃設計流程與方法,並以南投縣信義鄉露營區作為設計基地,進行園區整體規劃設計,包含移動木屋、行動貨櫃屋、室內空間、營位、景觀生態(植栽、草坪、透水磚、生態池)等,以落實低碳永續規劃設計概念。

In recent years, major natural disasters have occurred around the world due to extreme weather, and they are more frequent and serious than in previous years, and in order to reduce the damage to the natural ecology, we should take a positive attitude to face them. Due to the extensive use of concrete and other raw materials, the building construction industry has become an industry with high energy consumption and high carbon emissions, and unlike RC structures, "wood structures" and "steel structures" have the advantages of green buildings, sustainability, circular economy, carbon reduction, low environmental impact, and extended life cycle. In recent years, the "mobile cube houses" and "mobile container houses" have the advantages of short construction period, prefabrication, modular rectification, mobility, high mobility and good environmental adaptability, so that such structures are gradually widely used in leisure park buildings, farmhouses, public facilities, temporary buildings, villages and leisure and recreational attractions. This paper discusses the planning and design process and methods of low-carbon sustainable green buildings, and takes Xinyi Township, Nantou County as a case study to carry out the overall planning and design of the camping area, including mobile log houses, mobile container houses, indoor spaces, camps, and landscape ecology (planting, lawns, permeable bricks, ecological pools), so as to implement the concept of low-carbon sustainable planning and design.
