開發美容沙龍行動預約APP之初探

摘要


在現代社會,美容和護膚已成為人們生活中不可或缺的一部分。然而,傳統的美容服務預約方式常常使消費者感到價格不透明和推銷壓力,進而影響他們充分享受美容服務的機會。隨著AI時代的來臨,美容業也有望利用AI技術來增加營運管理的效率,使顧客感受到更多的便利性。尤其在手機滑經濟時代,顧客期望能夠通過行動預約來滿足他們對美容服務的需求。AI技術的應用不僅可以提高數據管理的精確性,還能使得美容預約系統變得更加便捷和操作簡易。本研究目的是設計一個現代化、個性化且友善的美容護膚預約系統,並透過潛在使用者發展出驗證APP成效的概念性指標,以作為未來驗證成果之參考。研究方法透過線上選單式美容護膚預約系統專利申請與六位業界店長代表質性研究發展出成效驗證指標,研究結果分為兩階段進行。第一階段為專利研發,目前已獲得專利授權。第二階段為專家使用意願調查與驗證成效建議。其概念性指標為: 操作便捷、高效務實、功能實用、數據管理、多元營銷。未來研究建議:未來系統正式上市後,建議以五大指標——操作簡便、高效務實、功能實用、數據管理和多元營銷,作為本專利-線上選單式美容護膚預約APP持續優化的方向。持續累積和分析大數據,以確保系統效能和完善度的提升,進而實質推動美容行業的創新與發展。此外,應關注用戶反饋,定期更新和改進功能,以保持市場競爭力和用戶滿意度,實現長期發展目標。這項研究結果顯示,本開發之線上選單式美容護膚預約APP,在美業專家眼中具有很高的潛力和可行性,能夠符合美業快時尚的趨勢也有效地提升消費者和業界的滿意度,並促進美容行業的發展。美業專家的質性研究結果有助於線上選單式美容護膚預約APP提高其市場競爭力和滿足消費者需求。

In modern society, beauty and skincare have become essential parts of people's lives. However, traditional beauty service booking methods often leave consumers feeling pressured by unclear pricing and aggressive sales tactics, impacting their enjoyment of beauty services. With the advent of the AI era, the beauty industry can leverage AI technology to enhance operational efficiency, providing customers with greater convenience. In the age of the mobile economy, consumers expect to book beauty services via mobile devices. The application of AI technology can improve data management accuracy and simplify the booking process. This study aims to design a modern, personalized, and user-friendly beauty and skincare booking system, and develop conceptual indicators to verify the app's effectiveness based on potential user feedback. The research methods involve patent application for an online menu-based beauty and skincare booking system and qualitative research with six industry managers to develop effectiveness verification indicators. The study results are divided into two phases: the first phase focuses on patent development, which has already been granted. The second phase involves expert willingness surveys and effectiveness verification suggestions. The conceptual indicators include: ease of operation, practical efficiency, enhanced functionality, data management, and diversified marketing. Future research recommendations: Once the system is officially launched, it is suggested to continuously optimize the APP based on five key indicators—ease of operation, practical efficiency, powerful functionality, data management, and diversified marketing. Continuously accumulating and analyzing big data will ensure the system's performance and improvement, driving innovation and development in the beauty industry. Additionally, user feedback should be monitored, and functions should be updated and improved regularly to maintain market competitiveness and user satisfaction, achieving long-term development goals. The research results indicate that the developed online menu-based beauty and skincare booking system APP has high potential and feasibility in the eyes of those beauty industry experts. It can effectively enhance consumer and industry satisfaction and promote the development of the beauty industry. The qualitative research results from beauty industry experts provide valuable guidance for further development of the online menu-based beauty and skincare booking system APP, enhancing its market competitiveness and meeting consumer needs.
