The topic of robotics and artificial intelligence (AI) has been the focus of much attention and discussion in recent years, and this trend has gradually become a kind of epiphenomenon that has attracted widespread attention in society. Both schools and companies are exploring the possibilities and development of this topic. The impact of AI on jobs or the need to improve job skills around the world, either now or in the future, is increasing the importance of AI anxiety issues. This study uses a social cognitive theory perspective to examine the impact and perceptions of hospital staff on their work in the face of the introduction of AI systems, and proposes a research framework and hypotheses based on past research, conducts a questionnaire survey, and validates them through data analysis. The results of the study showed that the encouragement of others to use AI systems had a positive effect on self-efficacy and outcome expectations; higher AI self-efficacy had a positive effect on users' outcome expectations and attitudes, and reduced AI anxiety but did not increase the willingness to use AI systems; and the main study found that the level of AI anxiety did affect the willingness to use AI systems.
