3D 地圖式擴增實境介面評估研究——以光復新村 AR 導覽 APP 為例

摘要


擴增實境(Augmented reality,AR)在文化觀光導覽領域中不斷地發展,其定位方式從傳統的標記式(Marker AR)逐步發展成3D地圖式。3D地圖式AR是一種較好的定位方式,但其在互動設計方面的探討較少。因此本研究以開發中的一個3D地圖式AR導覽為例,透過形成式設計探討3D地图式AR导览之互動介面設計,以了解其互動導覽上的問題,並從這過程中提出3D地圖式AR導覽之設計建議以做為其它3D地圖式AR導覽設計的參考。 基於上述目標,本研究分為三次使用者測試,以不同的方式發現受測者在使用APP當中的痛點並總結歸納,隨後根據形成式設計對APP提出設建議。f透過觀察法尋找痛點;第二次測試透過問卷的方式尋找痛點;第三次測試透過繪製顧客旅程圖、針對訪談稿進行整理、KJ法分析、詞頻分析的方式尋找痛點,最後對光復新村AR導覽APP的開發者進行訪談,整理出設計中的優劣點並提出設計建議。 透過對光復新村AR導覽APP使用者研究,初步結論為:提出了3D地圖式AR導覽的設計流程,透過2D地圖、AR導覽動線及Beacon的組合可得到較好的AR導覽體驗。且3D地圖式AR亦可應用於文化園區、老街、博物館、商場、醫院等場域的導覽。

Augmented reality (AR), which uses mobile devices as carriers, opens up more possibilities for human-object interaction. 3D world map AR, a form of markerless AR, recognises the real environment and displays digital content in a fixed location, but tells the user where to scan for an AR guide. Therefore, this study uses the Guangfu Village AR guide app as an example to explore the 3D world map AR guide's interactive interface design through formative design in order to understand its interactive navigation problems, and to propose 3D world map AR guide design suggestions as a reference for other 3D world map AR guide designs. With these objectives in mind, the study was divided into three-times user tests. The study will find pain point which user use the APP in different way, and summarized. This is followed by a design proposal for the APP based on the formative design. In the first-time test, pain points were identified through observation; in the second-time test, pain points were identified through questionnaires; in the third-time test, pain points were identified through customer journey mapping, interview transcripts, KJ method analysis and word frequency analysis; finally, interviews were conducted with the developers of the Guangfu Village AR guide app to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the design and make design recommendations. Through a study of the users of the Guangfu New Village AR guide app, the initial conclusion was that a 3D map-based AR tour design model was proposed, using 2D map, AR guide line and beacons to prompt subjects to scan for places and allow them to complete the guide.
