領導風格和組織成員人格特質對 工作績效之關聯性研究

摘要


在企業與組織中,領導者之領導風格攸關整體組織之穩定成長與永續發展。領導者展現關懷體恤、公平對待並重視成員之福利,善用人格特質知人善任、激勵成員自信心與工作熱情。遵循「領導是帶心、管理是對事」之規範制度,與成員教學相長及以身作則之風範,進而提升組織整體之工作績效。 本研究是採用蒐集研究問卷資料,探討各受測組織領導者與成員對「領導風格」、「人格特質」影響成員工作績效及「領導風格對人格特質與工作績效是否具有干擾效果」。研究資料經分析後,獲得下列結論: 一、不同人格特質對不同領導風格呈正向顯著影響。 二、不同領導風格對工作績效呈正向顯著影響。。 三、不同領導風格對組織成員的人格特質與工作績效間,不具有干擾效果。 四、不同人格特質對工作績效呈正向顯著影響。 五、背景變數之不同,對工作績效呈正向顯著影響。 關鍵詞:領導風格、組織成員、人格特質、工作績效。

In enterprises and organizations, the leadership style of the leaders is related to the stable growth and sustainable development of the overall organization. With its rich experience, enthusiasm sharing, teaching and leadership, and example; showing care and compassion to the members of the organization, fair treatment and attention to members Welfare, make good use of personality traits to know people's good qualities, affirmation, achieve member self-confidence and work enthusiasm, make full use of communication skills, be right to people, follow organizational norms, and implement and realize "leadership is the heart, management is the right thing , Will be the excellent leadership that the members of the organization are willing to follow, and then improve the overall performance of the organization. The purpose of this research is to collect data from research questionnaires to explore the leaders and members of each tested organization on "leadership style", "personality traits affect members' work performance" and "whether the leadership style interferes with personality traits and work performance." After analyzing the research data, the following conclusions were obtained: 1. Different personality traits have a positive and significant impact on different leadership styles. 2. Different leadership styles have a positive and significant impact on job performance. . 3. Different leadership styles do not interfere with the personality traits and work performance of the members of the organization. 4. Different personality traits have a positive and significant impact on job performance. 5. The difference in background variables has a positive and significant impact on job performance.
