In recent decade, single mobility service may be no longer enough to satisfy the demand of travelers. In case of this, with the technological advancement, numerous countries are promoting the concept of integrating multiple modes of transport into a single service, the so-called Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS). Therefore, the aim of this study is to understand the preference towards Mobility package and the factors affect their decision-making among different types of Mobility package. The travelers who travel within Taipei Metropolitan Area area will be the major research subject. The questionnaire will be divided into three main aspects:(a)the research population’s travel pattern and their behavior of Internet use;(b) choice preference of mobility package;(c)socio-economic characteristic.Their demand on transportation service in Taipei Metropolitan Area and preference towards MaaS will be analyzed in order to understand the factors that affect their decision-making on transportation service. Moreover, this study will also examine the effect of establishing the 3U-transport service and Credit-next-period on the consumers’ willingness to subscribe the Mobility package. In terms of model construction, Multi-nominal Logit Model will be applied to examine the extent of importance of various attributes of the Mobility package to interviewees. Then, Latent Class model will be used to segment the population in two class based on their preference. Lastly, discriminant analysis will be utilized to investigate the characteristics of two group of interviewees. The results of this study show that the first group prefer public transport over private transport, while package ticket price and public transport ticket discount are the attributes that they valued the most while deciding the transportation service. They are mainly young students, who have 1280 monthly ticket experience in the past. They travel regularly and mainly by public transports. The second group is those who prefer private transport over public transport, while they usually have the habit of picking-up/dropping-off the child at school. When compare different transport service alternatives, they usually consider the way of accumulating the points and whether those points can be shared with their families in the next period. This group of travelers are mainly older commuters with relatively high average monthly income, while private transport is their major way of travelling. Through the strategy analysis, we know that family sharing, Shared bikes, Shared motorcycles, Uber and Shared cars are the attributes that most travellers are willing to pay for. In addition, the results of policy simulation show that the that the impact of mobility package on the public transport mobility package is greater than that on the private transport mobility package, which can provide a reference basis for the formulation of mobility package price.
