本研究旨在探討工具機產業導入聯合國永續發展目標(SDGs)的關鍵成功因素,特別聚焦在SDG8(體面工作和經濟增長)和SDG12(負責任消費和生產)。
This study aims to explore the key success factors for the tool machine industry in implementing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a specific focus on SDG8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) and SDG12 (Responsible Consumption and Production). The research utilizes the Delphi method and Analytical Hierarchy Process, inviting experts and scholars in the tool machine industry to participate in surveys and interviews. The study concludes that there are three major key aspects influencing the implementation of SDGs in the tool machine industry: economic aspects, social aspects, and environmental aspects. Economic aspects include investment efficiency, market competitiveness, and industrial chain efficiency; social aspects include job creation, safeguarding labor rights, and sustainable industrial development; environmental aspects include resource recycling, carbon emission reduction, and energy efficiency improvement. The study recommends that the tool machine industry prioritize these issues and incorporate them into their SDGs implementation strategies. Additionally, it suggests that governments and industries should work together to promote the implementation of SDGs.
