來和貓聊療—貓咪療癒插畫創作研究

憂鬱的情緒抒發管道有許多種：仰賴書寫、接觸自然或休閒娛樂等，現代生活緊張忙碌，若情緒無處發洩久而久之易轉變為負面情緒，根據健保署資料，10年來國內各類的精神疾病就醫人數持續增長，自2011年的152萬人增長至2020年的205.8萬人，由此可見情緒障礙患者的比例有逐年升高趨勢。近年已有許多研究表明寵物陪伴有助於改善負面情緒並予以正向幫助，除了擁有滿足情感互動的效果外，對於生理上也具相當助益，而寵物所帶給人們溫暖、可愛的感受，可說是被「療癒」了。「療癒」一詞源自於日文「癒す」，意指人們紓解壓力、平衡情緒，從中獲得愉快及正面的能量並使身心靈回復平靜的過程。本研究從不同的插畫形式出發，運用費爾迪南．德．索緒爾（Ferdinand de Saussure）符號兩軸關係、視覺修辭理論及整理療癒插畫案例的設計符碼，作為創作理論基礎，從中發展貓咪療癒插畫的五大型態主題創作：「音樂療癒」、「藝術療癒」、「娛樂療癒」、「媒體療癒」以及「商品療癒」。並透過本研究創作，向疲憊於忙碌生活中的大眾傳達療癒的正面能量，以及提供設計及插畫人員做後續相關研究之參考依據。

Expressing depressive emotions can take various forms, such as relying on writing, connecting with nature, or engaging in leisure activities. In the context of today's fast-paced and stressful modern life, if emotions are not adequately expressed, they may gradually transform into negative feelings. According to data from the National Health Insurance Administration, the number of individuals seeking medical treatment for various mental disorders in the past decade has consistently increased in Taiwan. The figures have risen from 1.52 million people in 2011 to 2.058 million people in 2020, indicating a yearly growing trend in the proportion of individuals with emotional disorders. Recent studies have suggested that pet companionship can contribute significantly to alleviating negative emotions and providing positive assistance. Apart from fulfilling the need for emotional interaction, pets also offer substantial physiological benefits. The warmth and adorable feelings that pets bring can be described as a form of "healing." The term "healing" originates from the Japanese word "iyasu" signifying the process through which individuals relieve stress, balance emotions, experience joy, and gain positive energy, leading to a restoration of calmness in the mind and body. This research, grounded in different forms of illustration, utilizes Ferdinand de Saussure's semiotic relationship of signs, visual rhetoric theory, and design codes derived from healing illustration cases as the theoretical foundation. It aims to develop five major thematic creations for healing cat illustrations: "Music Healing," "Art Healing," "Entertainment Healing," "Media Healing," and "Merchandise Healing." Through this research and creation, the goal is to convey the positive energy of healing to the general public exhausted by busy lives and provide a reference for designers and illustrators in subsequent related research.
