皮膚個案分析探究-以海菲秀為例

海菲秀(HydraFacial)是美容醫學診所新推出最新的護膚技術，其原理是利用水和氧氣的自然癒合能力，無需使用硬質晶體或磨砂紋理棒就可去除皮膚角質，可清潔及導入多種具特定成份功效之精華萃取液，長期保養可以面部護理進而激活皮膚年輕化。海菲秀儀器為美國專利，儀器及其相關關產品皆經衛生福利部核准上市，過去文獻都是以西方人膚質臨床皮膚分析作為研究報告，目前尚未有針對東方人或台灣男女性不同膚質狀況之研究或相關文獻報告。本研究以台中市西屯區醫美診所之消費者為對象，男女不拘，徵求六名不同膚質(中性膚質、油性面皰膚質、混合性 T 字部位毛孔粗大粉刺膚質、皮膚暗沉有斑、敏感性膚質、乾性有細紋之膚質)狀況之受試者，以個案研究在海菲秀療程前後其皮膚之生理分析做探討。實驗設計安排為兩周一次海菲秀療程，全程共四次，並依不同膚質在導入之精華液及術後保養護理做設計，由實驗分析結果來瞭解新技術儀器其對不同膚質的受試者其皮膚生理變化情形。研究結果發現六種不同膚質在海菲秀療程後其皮膚在明度、色素及皮脂調節都有顯著改善；而精華液導入含複合乳酸之保養液可有效改善油性面皰膚質與混合性 T 字部位毛孔粗大粉刺膚質改善。本研究之結果可提供美容醫學診所在海菲秀護膚在美容療程設計及針對不同膚質狀況之消費者其未來選擇療程之參考依據。

As a state of the skin care technology, Hydra-Facial has recently been introduced and promoted by clinics in aesthetic surgery. Hydra-Facial is applied, using natural healing ability of water and hydrogen, to cleanse and exfoliate the outer layer of the skin and remove dead skin cells and excess oil. The treatment procedure requires no hard crystal or metal texture stick. During the procedure, various essence extracts with specific functions can be implemented. Long-term facial skin care can activate and rejuvenate the skin. With a patent granted by the US government, the HydraFacial apparatus and its related accessories have been approved for sale by the TAIwanese’s Ministry of Health welfare (MOHW). Study in the past has been exclusively concerned about clinical analysis of the skin quality of western people. There hasn’t been any study dealing with investigation of different types of skin quality observed in men and women in TAIwan or elsewhere in Asia. Six consumers, including both genders, of an aesthetic clinic located in the Xitun district, TAIchung, served as the research subjects. They individually exhibited six different types of skin, including normal skin, oily acne skin, combination enlarged pores and pimpleprone T-zone, dull skin with freckles, sensitive skin, and dry skin with fine lines. Each consumer’s facial skin was physiologically analyzed before and after the HydraFacial treatment. The experiment was conducted on four biweekly treatments in a row. Meanwhile, different essence extract lotions and post-treatment care and nursing were administered to different types of skin. Results of experiments showed how the new device affected the physiological change of each subject’ skin. According to the study, different types of skin showed significant improvement on brightness, pigment and sebum adjustment. Essence extracts contAIning poly lactic acid effectively improveed oily acne skin, oily-dry enlarged pores and pimple-prone T-zone. The findings of this study can be referred to by aesthetic clinics in their HydraFacial treatment of consumers with different types of skin quality
