眷戀時光-臺灣中部眷村攝影紀實

Abstracts


眷村為國共戰爭到國民政府來臺,政府人員、軍人與其眷屬的生命歷程。眷村是當初在房舍缺乏情況下臨時搭建安置處所,這些「竹籬笆」最後成了永遠的家,當時由婦聯會主委蔣宋美齡,大力推動戰爭準備的安後工作。早期興建的房舍至今慢慢推移至國宅。歷經近多年的推動,眷村的保存與使用也獲得多方的重視,但也面臨了一些瓶頸與挑戰,家屋的型態轉變成高樓大廈脈絡過程,眷村面臨消失危機,保存的聲音與團體行動此起彼落。經過科技世代提升攝影器材至手機攝影,每個人透過攝影鏡頭,翻閱歷史照片得知當時的階段演變,攝影記實專題也蓬勃發展,而史料題材的選定也都是由照片與文章紀錄下來。本創作以臺灣中部地區七個眷村及三個官舍為拍攝對象,嘗試從紀實攝影角度拍下眷村時光推移和呈現當下。 因此,本創作的目的為:1.探討眷村文化的起源、發展與現況;2.運用紀實攝影創作手法,留下現在的眷村影像紀錄;3.藉由紀實影像紀錄,使觀察者擁有深刻且難忘的體驗。 最後本創作言歸納出三項結論:1.眷村建物面臨著拆遷命運如何延續,關鍵之一在於如何理解眷村文化的歷史性與特殊性;2.文化資產轉型後的眷村文化園區之中,如何保存呈現國軍來臺的生命經驗與眷村文化;3.希望眷村保存不只是以懷舊陳列,而是能夠鼓勵文化轉型與創新,以來臺國軍生活為主軸,呈現眷村社經組成的多元樣貌,將是臺灣多元文化社會的一塊重要歷史拼圖。

Villages for Dependents, From the Nationalist-Communist War to the Nationalist Government’s Coming to Taiwan, the Life History of Government Officials, Soldiers and Their Families. The dependents' village was a temporary resettlement place when houses were scarce. These "bamboo fences" eventually became permanent homes. Commissioned Chiang Kai-shek Song Meiling, and vigorously promoted the post-war work of war preparations. The houses built in the early days have gradually moved to the national house. After years of promotion, the preservation of military dependents’ villages has achieved phased results, but it also faces some bottlenecks and challenges. In the process of transforming the form of houses into high-rise buildings, military dependents’ villages are facing a crisis of disappearance, and preservation voices and group actions have emerged. Bi Luo. After the technological generation has upgraded photographic equipment to mobile phone photography, everyone can learn about the evolution of the stage at that time by looking through historical photos through the photographic lens. This creation takes seven military dependents' villages and three official residences in the central part of Taiwan as the shooting objects, trying to capture the passage of time and present the present in the military dependents' villages from the perspective of documentary photography. Therefore, the purpose of this work is: 1. to explore the origin, development and current situation of the culture of the military village; 2. Use documentary photography to leave a video record of the current military village; 3. Through documentary video recording, the observer has a profound and unforgettable experience. Finally, this creation summarizes three conclusions:1. One of the keys to the continuation of the buildings in the villages for dependents is how to understand the historicity and particularity of the dependents' village culture. 2. How to preserve and present the life experience and culture of military dependents’ villages in Taiwan after the transformation of cultural assets. 3. It is hoped that the preservation of military dependents’ villages will not only be a display of nostalgia, but also encourage cultural transformation and innovation. Taking the life of Taiwan’s national army as the main axis, presenting the diverse appearance of the military dependents’ villages will be an important part of Taiwan’s multicultural society.
