摘要

本研究檢視單一主導供應商模式與從未合作過的夥伴策略聯盟，對ERP專案利潤的影響。研究結果發現，當主導供應商找從未有過合作經驗的夥伴導入ERP時，單一主導供應商模式對專案利潤有負向的影響。

This research is aimed at exploring how the single-vendor dominant model and prior ties influence the project profitability from Enterprise Resource Planning. This research found out that when the dominant vendor collaborates the new business partners, it has a negative effect on project profitability.
