社群平台可獲取的資訊相當廣泛,內容包含了旅遊、美食、萌寵、跳舞……等其他主題,使用者能從社群平台吸收到多元化的新資訊,加上社群平台推出短影音的功能,增添了使用社群平台的樂趣以及使用的意願,社群平台的出現也改變了傳統的行銷模式,成為商家宣傳產品資訊及活動的重要管道,是商家與消費者的溝通橋樑。因此,本研究主要探討最適合社群平台的行銷策略,使用SIVC理論作為研究架構,經由文獻探討提出四個構面、十二項準則及三項備選方案,透過實驗室決策分析問卷調查結果,計算出權重值再進行排序,並利用加權總和乘積評估分析法及基於距離的組合式分析法針對方案進行評估及排序。研究結果為滿足多元化需求為社群平台使用者最重視的因素,然而美食主題方案為最適合社群平台的行銷策略。
The information obtained social platform is quite extensive, such like travel, food, cute pets, dancing and so on. Users can absorb a variety of new information from social platform. The development of social platforms has also changed the traditional marketing business. It becomes an important channel for merchants to promote their and communicate with them. This study focuses on the marketing strategies for social platforms, using SIVC marketing theory as the research framework. Analyzing the survey results of DEMATEL, WASPAS and CODAS. The study result shows that to meet the needs is the most important factors to social platform user, and the gourmet theme program is the best marketing strategy for social platform.
