The global financial markets are highly active, with European and American countries are being the largest market. The global economy interacts with each other, which will make professional financial professionals and retail investors need to collect foreign market information. Paying attention to the international markets has become an indispensable responsibility for investors. However, news reports on foreign financial markets are often presented in Western languages and filled with financial terminology, creating a significant barrier for investors. Learning a new language is already challenging, and the specialized financial terminology makes it even harder, discouraging many from trying. If financial English terminology could be taught through gamification, it would likely boost motivation and improve learning efficiency. In this study, we designed a chatbot called "FinGame" that integrates the concept of an escape game into an English terminology learning system focused on investment, specifically targeting students in the finance field. The story setting in the escape game allows users to immerse themselves in learning financial terminology for investment, making the experience more memorable and engaging. By employing gamification, we can increase users' interest and efficiency in learning, help them acquire financial terminology for investment, and reduce their resistance to learning. To evaluate the usability of this chatbot, we utilized the ARCS (Attention, Relevance, Confidence, Satisfaction) Instructional Materials Motivation Survey and the Learning Satisfaction Survey to gather users' feedback.
