摘要 論文名稱:多層次傳銷商選擇傳銷企業關鍵因素之研究 頁數:62 校所別:國立台北商業大學 企業管理系(所) 畢業時間:112年第2學期 學位:碩士 研究生:吳勁寬 指導教授:葉清江博士 盧明滄博士 關鍵詞:多層次傳銷、產品、營銷計畫、資源整合、市場定位 當代的傳銷行業正在經歷動盪不安的時期。過去,成功的傳銷企業因其產品獨特性、營銷計劃、資源整合和市場定位等方面的優勢吸引了眾多傳銷商。然而,在當今激烈的市場競爭中,傳銷商在選擇加盟哪一家傳銷企業時需要考慮諸多因素。本文旨在探討傳銷商在選擇傳銷企業時應考慮的關鍵因素。 首先,傳銷商應評估企業的產品質量和獨特性。產品的質量和獨特性是吸引消費者的核心競爭力,也是傳銷商成功的基礎。當選擇加盟企業時,傳銷商應確保產品能夠滿足消費者的需求,具有良好的口碑和競爭優勢。 其次,傳銷商需要考慮企業的營銷計劃和培訓支持。一家優秀的傳銷企業應該為加盟商提供全面的營銷計劃和培訓支持,幫助他們提高銷售技巧和管理能力。這將有助於傳銷商更好地開展業務,提高市場競爭力。 此外,傳銷商還應該考慮企業的資源整合和市場定位。具有優秀的資源整合能力的企業能夠提供更廣泛的支持和保障,有助於傳銷商的業務發展。另外,企業的市場定位也應該與傳銷商的需求和定位相匹配,以確保市場開拓的順利進行。 總之,傳銷商在選擇傳銷企業時應該全面考慮產品、營銷計劃、培訓支持、資源整合和市場定位等因素。只有在全面評估和比較的基礎上做出選擇,才能夠實現自身的發展目標,獲得成功。

The contemporary MLM industry is going through a turbulent period. In the past, successful MLM enterprises attracted many MLM distributors due to their advantages in product uniqueness, marketing plans, resource integration and market positioning.However, in today's fierce market competition, MLM distributors need to consider many factors when choosing which MLM enterprise to join. First, MLM distributors should evaluate the product quality and uniqueness of the enterprise. The quality and uniqueness of the product are the core competitiveness to attract consumers and the foundation of the success of MLMdistributors. When choosing to join an enterprise, MLM distributors should ensurethat the product can meet the needs of consumers and has a good reputation andcompetitive advantages. Secondly, MLM distributors need to consider the marketing plan and trainingsupport of the enterprise. A good MLM enterprise should provide franchisees withcomprehensive marketing plans and training support to help them improve their salesskills and management capabilities. This will help MLM distributors to conductbusiness and improve market competitiveness. In addition, MLM distributors should also consider the resource integration and market positioning of the enterprise. Enterprises with excellent resource integration capabilities can provide more extensive support and guarantees, which will help thebusiness development of MLM distributors. In short, MLM distributors should comprehensively consider factors such asproducts, marketing plans, training support, resource integration and market positioning when choosing MLM enterprises. Only by making choices based oncomprehensive evaluation and comparison can we achieve our development goals andachieve success.
