植物工廠作為一種新興的農業生產模式,其創新對提高農業生產效率、減少資源消耗和環境污染具有重要意義。本研究旨在探討影響植物工廠創新的因素,並提出相關建議以促進其可持續發展。 通過文獻綜述,本研究首先分析了植物工廠技術、生態、政策、市場等方面的相關文獻,明確了影響植物工廠創新的關鍵因素。其次,運用問卷調查和實地訪談等方法,收集了植物工廠相關從業者和專家的意見和建議,並採用決策實驗室法(DEMATEL)於問卷回收後先以DEMATEL方法運算分析問卷數據,確認評選構面與評選指標的因果關係與關聯程度以進行關聯性分析。四構面下共有12項評選指標研究結果表明,技術創新是推動植物工廠創新的關鍵因素,LED照明技術、控溫技術和水培技術的不斷進步和應用對提高植物工廠的生產效率和產品品質具有重要作用。同時,技術、生態、政策、市場等因素也對植物工廠創新產生重要影響。 基於以上分析,本研究提出了加強技術創新、注重生態環保、加大政策支持、適應市場需求等建議,以促進植物工廠創新和產業的健康發展。同時,本研究還對研究中存在的局限性進行了反思,並提出了未來研究的一些方向和展望。
As an emerging agricultural production model, the innovation of plant factory is of great significance to improve agricultural production efficiency, reduce resource consumption and environmental pollution. The purpose of this study is to explore the factors influencing the innovation of plant factories and to make relevant recommendations to promote their sustainable development. Through a literature review, this study first analyzed the relevant literature on plant factory technology, ecology, policy, and market, and identified the key factors affecting plant factory innovation. Secondly, the opinions and suggestions of relevant practitioners and experts in plant factories were collected by questionnaire survey and field interviews, and the Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) was used to calculate and analyze the questionnaire data after the questionnaire was collected, and the causal relationship and correlation degree between the selection panel and the selection index were confirmed for correlation analysis. A total of 12 selection indicators under the four facets show that technological innovation is the key factor to promote the innovation of plant factories, and the continuous progress and application of LED lighting technology, temperature control technology and hydroponic technology play an important role in improving the production efficiency and product quality of plant factories. At the same time, factors such as technology, ecology, policy, and market also have an important impact on plant factory innovation. Based on the above analysis, this study puts forward some suggestions to strengthen technological innovation, pay attention to ecological and environmental protection, increase policy support, and adapt to market demand, so as to promote the innovation of plant factories and the healthy development of the industry. At the same time, this study also reflects on the limitations of the research and puts forward some directions and prospects for future research.
