減碳永續意識抬頭,國際間開始制定相關碳稅或減碳標準,我國政府也開始規範部分產業要進行減碳作業,物流本就是一個繁複且多排碳的產業,無論是企業端對企業端亦或是企業端對消費者端,許多交易都需要物流介入其中,當今又是電子商務蓬勃發展下,物流往來勢必是更加頻繁。本研究藉由DPSIR模型建構目前快遞宅配業、汽車貨運業及倉儲業在永續物流發展上所遇到的關鍵成功因素,再經由決策實驗室分析法(DEMATEL法)及複雜比例評價法(COPRAS法)分析回收問卷,衡量各項構面及準則間的關係,再從快遞宅配業、汽車貨運業及倉儲業找出目前永續物流作法相對優秀者。 結果指出關鍵成功因素在於正視壓力回應永續物流,總體面向的關鍵準則前三名為綠色運輸、採用永續資源及生態影響,本研究的結果與發現可以作為臺灣物流業者發展永續上的基礎,並能提供企業在營運上具體可行之建議,幫助相關企業擬定方針進行更有效的決策。
As global awareness of carbon reduction grows, international standards and carbon taxes are being established, prompting our government to regulate carbon reduction practices in certain industries. Logistics, inherently a complex and carbon-intensive industry, whether it is business-to-business or business-to-consumer, involves numerous transactions requiring logistical support. With the burgeoning development of e-commerce, logistical exchanges are becoming increasingly frequent. This study employs the DPSIR model to identify the key success factors for sustainable logistics development in the current express delivery industry, automobile freight industry and warehousing industry. Through DEMATEL method and the COPRAS method analysis of the collected survey data and measure the relationship between the constructs and criteria. The best performers in sustainable logistics practices in the express delivery, automobile freight and warehousing industries are identified. The results show that the key to success is to respond to pressure and embrace sustainable logistics. The top three key criteria in the overall aspect are green transportation, use of sustainable resources and ecological impact. The results and findings of this study can serve as a basis for the development of sustainable logistics for Taiwanese logistics operators, and can provide specific and feasible operational suggestions for enterprises, helping them formulate policies and make more effective decisions.
