台北市地區有著高密度人口及老舊建築的雙老問題窘境,相關無障礙設施是否足夠,光是耐震或是50年以上屋齡本身有安全性等問題,都是生活挑戰。而民眾對於在2017年頒佈實施的「台北市危險及老舊建物加速重建辦法」仍多不了解,而促進都市危險及老舊建物加速重建必須由政府ヽ實施者、住戶及社會大眾一起共同努力的。透過相關法令及文獻探討、專家問卷訪談,進而以修正式德爾非法、AHP層級分析法,凝定出都市危險及老舊建物加速重建成功關鍵因素。本研究結論透過權重分析結果後,以總體之層面權重分析下,重建戶因素面的「居住品質與安全提升性」為影響危險及老舊建物加速重建最重要的關鍵因素,其次為法規政策面中的「容積獎勵增加」,再來為建商實施者面中的「實施者品牌知名度」。
Taipei City has a high-density population and old buildings. Whether the relevant barrier-free facilities are adequate, whether it is earthquake resistance or the safety of houses over 50 years old are all life challenges. People still don’t know much about the “Taipei City Dangerous and Old Buildings Accelerated Reconstruction Measures” promulgated and implemented in 2017, and the promotion of urban dangers and accelerated rebuilding of old buildings must be made by the government, residents, and the general public. of. Through relevant laws and regulations, literature discussions, expert questionnaire interviews, and modified del illegal and AHP level analysis methods, the key factors for the successful reconstruction of urban hazards and old buildings are determined.
