現代社會中工作的身心壓力與挑戰越來越大,企業競爭也越來越激烈,如何透過管理能力的提升來因應,便成為企業的重要課題。 管理的核心在於「心」,不管是個人的學習、自我超越與組織成長,都離不開「心」的轉變。而內心的轉變正是禪法與禪修的核心內涵與特長,也正是禪法之所以能夠提升管理能力的最大原因。 本研究透過文獻探討與系統動態學的方法和因果關聯圖,來探討如何借助禪法來提升內在的能力,以達到提升管理能力的目的。並透過賈伯斯和稻盛和夫,兩位極富盛名的成功個案研究,來佐證禪法對自身與組織管理能力提升的顯著效果。 研究中提出以聖嚴法師與洪啟嵩老師的禪法教學內涵,來探討禪法在這個時代的脈絡與創新教學。並分析精簡了禪法對管理能力提升之關鍵影響因素,以及禪法適合現代的實修方法與實際運用等章節,來加強說明禪法的時代適應與提升管理能力之實用性。 研究結論為,透過禪法中「放鬆放下,清楚明白」的核心要領,既可以呼應古代「默照禪」中「默而照,照而默」的禪法要義,又無需受制於古文的文字障礙。讓現代人可以很容易的具備「放鬆的專注力」,擁有清晰的頭腦,提升創造力,降低自我中心,激發利他精神,帶動組織學習與變革,提升領導、組織運作與計畫執行等能力,最後達到管理能力的提升。系統性的歸結了禪法的創新,與管理上的實用和價值。
In modern society, the physical and mental pressure and challenges of work are getting bigger and bigger, and the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. How to cope with it through the improvement of management ability has become an important issue for enterprises. It's just that the management capabilities that general managers improve through business management training are mostly external capabilities, while the improvement of their own internal capabilities is rarely discussed. Just reluctantly squeezing the existing physical and mental ability will only cause great pressure and overwork in the end, and it will also easily lead to the bottleneck of enterprise growth. This research explores how to use Zen method to improve inner ability and achieve the purpose of improving management ability through the method of literature research and system dynamics and causal correlation diagram. And through the case studies of Jobs and Kazuo Inamori, two very famous and successful cases, to prove the remarkable effect of Zen method on the improvement of self and organizational management ability. In the research, it is proposed to explore the context and innovative teaching of Zen in this era with the connotation of Zen teaching by Master Sheng Yen and Master Hung Chi Sung. It also analyzes and simplifies the key influencing factors of the Zen method on the improvement of management ability, as well as the modern practice methods and practical application of the Zen method, to strengthen the explanation of the era adaptation of the Zen method and the practicality of improving management ability. The conclusion of the study is that through the core essentials of "relax, release, and clear" in the Zen method, it can not only echo the essence of the Zen method of "silently illuminate, illuminate and silently" in the ancient "silent illumination meditation(mo zhao chan默照禪)", without being restricted by the ancient texts Word barrier. Let modern people easily have "relaxed concentration", clear mind, enhance creativity, reduce self-centeredness, stimulate altruistic spirit, drive organizational learning and change, and improve leadership, organizational operation and plan execution. Finally, the improvement of management ability is achieved. It systematically sums up the innovation of Zen method, and its practicality and value in management.
