There are many researches about customer satisfaction as the important role of this matter with the development of businesses. The importance of service quality and customer satisfaction has been proven since years, however, not many companies in Vietnam in general and in Ha Giang in particular has take into account this issue. The need of reasearching on service perceived and customer satisfaction at Dong Van Plateau National Park in Ha Giang Province has occured in recent years since Dong Van Plateau National Park has been recognized by the UNESCO as one of the 77 geological parks in the world and the second in Southest Asia. However, until now, there is still no research carried in this topic. Therefore, the research focuses on the topic: “The Relationship between Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction of Dong Van Plateau National Park in Vietnam” in order to give solutions for board of directors of Dong Van Plateau National Park to increase customer satisfaction through enhancing service quality. Using quantitative research method, with 200 questionnaires random distribution to customers and the then collected answers, it is identified that service quality is an important antecedent of customer satisfaction.
